Our experience very very very bad. My partner booked this hotel and once we arrived and paid for the room for one night, we came to our room and after not even 10min left. The room smelled very bad, dirt was everywhere even on carpets in front of the room. We have put email if we could get some refund after staying only for 10min, but was refused.

Horrible hotel. In one week they didn’t change the sheets. Rooms without a furniture. I was feeling in the jail. Rude staff. Not clean. Below the standard of a civil standard hotel. The restaurant room smells of dirty. The lift looks like a goods lift and often doesn’t work.

No lift to 4th floor then steep climb stairs from 3rd floor to 4th and no working light when dark (bring your own torch). Steep steps on entering room to bedroom and bathroom-should have a warning sign. Water on bedroom floor and one of the beds caused by window in roof being left open, had to mop it myself even though reported it to reception. Also likelihood of banging head on sloping ceiling. Portable air con unit adequate but very noisy as was noise from nearby lift. Impossible to sleep at any time. 30degrees C both in and outside the room Inadequate supply of food at breakfast on first morning and dirty plates etc not cleared away. Hinge broke on toilet seat, reported to reception nothing done about it. Using the men’s toilet near reception - the lock for the toilet door was jammed in the open position Allowed to have extended check out time to 5pm at cost of czk300

Friendly welcome. Basic room, like the shower room, in their original state, but nevertheless clean and comfortable. Small, functional freezer useful for keeping drinks cool. No air conditioning... Fortunately, it was possible to open the window and air it out. Very decent buffet breakfast. Ideal location.
