The room was comfortable, except for the mattress which was way too soft. The location is exceptional, with many transportation, restaurants, and malls in close proximity. There is plenty of parking, 24-hour security and the area is quiet."

Just a couple of things that could be improved: there were no water bottles in the room, and the water station at reception wasn’t very convenient to use when staying on the 5th floor. Also, the washroom doors didn’t have proper latches or locks, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was nice."

"It started off well. Friendly greetings, was advised of the pool, gym, and breakfast. Once to our room, the key didn't work. So, I had to go back down to the front desk. Got a new key. Worked... but the room was already occupied with other people. Second trip to the front desk. Got a new room. Success No one in there. Once in the room, there is no toilet paper. No towels, THIRD trip to front desk. I don't think we will be returning to this location. I'm very disappointed, especially after a 12 hour trip."
