Hotels near The star in Brossard

Such friendly staff and our room was amazing! Best experience we’ve had in our whole trip. We were celebrating our anniversary and all the “big” hotels that we stayed at for our road trip were unfortunately disasters. The staff at hotel Brossard were so nice and they even have electric charging stations and a complimentary breakfast. Pic included is of the seating area for breakfast. Definitely a hotel that goes above and beyond!

This is the most annoying experience of the trip. I booked for two nights and gave a room after I arrived at the store. After I swiped the room card, someone in the room had already checked in. After changing rooms, the air conditioner did not cool, because it was already late, and decided to endure one night. The next morning, I went to the front desk to complain and promised to repair. As a result, we went back one evening and did not have refrigeration. Communicate to the front desk to change rooms, the front desk brother is very good, just some muna. The result is not bad. Breakfast is simple, parking is very convenient, and it is convenient to eat and shop around.

You can park your car in front of the hotel. After checking in, take your card and go to the free parking lot next to it. The room is clean and the facilities are quite new. There is a Starbucks downstairs, where you can watch games, eat, drink and chat, and the shopping mall is nearby.

I don’t see a lot of reviews here so i figured i must chime in to make sure travellers take notice of this hotel. We stayed for a total of 2 nights at this place. Initially it was suppose to be a one night stop on our way back to Toronto, but because of the very good value, comfort and service that we received, we then decided to stay for another night ( we were gonna stay for 3 but the province dropped the hammer on NYE restrictions). The Good : Friendly staff, In room IMac, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, Free Parking ( Very secured) Free breakfast (+1 for the croissants). Free hot drinks 24/7. Walking distance to a mall. The Not so good: 5-10 mins walk to Metro ( but thats nothing to us). The Very Good: They cleaned our room! A service we miss from all the hotels we stayed at the last 2 years. This will be our go to hotel next time we visit Montreal. Keep it up Le Dauphin Longueuil!

Maité & Simon were perfect hosts! They were always available for any and all of my questions and took care of our little family so well. From everything to an early check-in/late check-out so our babies could nap, to providing us with a highchair and playpen, it was so perfect! We had come specifically to Montreal to take our daughter to the Biodome and this location was just minutes walk away. Once in the room, they had a binder full of helpful recommendations and tips (the Oeuferie for breakfast was fabulous). We were even able to secure free on street parking but do watch out as Montreal street signage is tricky!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, the room is large, I booked 2 nights with the child, bought a pizza at the nearby supermarket at night, bite the microwave in the hotel, delicious I like it very much. Later, because I rushed to the hotel, I needed to check out one night. The staff of Ctrip also helped me communicate very smoothly. Thank you for the arrangement of Ctrip. Thank you for your staff. I will support Ctrip as always. Attach the snow scene I took outside the hotel window, I hope everyone likes it.

I know it's cheaper and it may be tempting to sacrifice some comfort to save money, that's why I chose this place, but even if we just needed to rest for a few hours, it was way too expensive. We should've just slept in the car. I can testify that most of what's written here is true. It's moisty, smelly, mouldy and dirty. Sheets had a lot of stains (we slept with our clothes on). The fridge was leaking on the carpet which was all wet. The air was so damp inside the room that the sheets and pillows felt wet. There was some dead ants crushed on one of the wall near the sink. Bathroom was small with mildew on the ceiling and the fan. I sat on the toilet, I closed the door and there was excrement stuck on the wall behind the bathroom door (yes, it was real feces, I wiped it). EwW! Even the WiFi doesn't work well. Don't waste your money! Go elsewhere! And if you don't find anywhere else, just sleep in your car, you'll have a better night of sleep and you'll save money. This place should be closed for insalubrity.

Friendly service, good pool, nice rooms. The only thing that bugged me is that there was hair on the sink and tub when I arrived. Otherwise great stay, and beautiful view right off the water.

Positives first: the area felt safe, close, by car, to various restaurants and the Ikea store. Parking was convenient for our car and teardrop trailer. In walking distance, Boulangerie Ange offers amazing bread, sandwiches, quiches, desserts and more. The breakfast room in the lower level was busy but not too crowded. Coffee-meh, but served in real cups. The usual offerings of a hot buffet including the baked beans popular in Quebec. Absent were Yoghurt and peanut butter- cost cutting? The room was very clean and while the furnishings were dated they were very well maintained. The family owned chain is obviously investing in the property, making it more attractive for guests. Light sleepers may find the sound of the air conditioning annoying as it is extremely noisy. We finally turned it off. Toiletries and towels are basic and thin and the tissues dissolved on first blow! The price was reasonable though and overall I would stay again. Thank you to the friendly front desk staff who accommodated our request for a later checkout than their stated 11am.
