The location near attractions like the Atomium, metro, tram stations, and parks was appreciated by guests. They also found the comfortable rooms satisfying.

I stayed 1day, 3rd floor. No elevator and narrow stairs. I was hard to sleep because of snoring just beside room.

First off, the room was filthy, covered in dust, dirt and generally just falling apart. The toilet seat was like something from a horror movie. There is a connecting door with a large gap at the bottom between the room we were given and the guests next door and it's possible to hear every single word and movement the neighbours make. It's as if they are in your room. Choosing this place for it's location was the main reason we booked but we were unable to stay at the hotel due to the fact just moments after getting into bed we felt the bed bugs coming out and crawling all over us. Given the fact I am in the hotel business myself i gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt (hotels everywhere can face the plague of bedbugs) but after noticing the bugs I checked the mattress and can assure you that this hotel has had this problem for a long time and clearly chooses not to take the action necessary to eradicate the infestation. The bugs were large and their colony very well established. Upon reporting this to the front desk staff they first tried claiming the bugs had flown in from the window (not a chance that this could be the case) and then they stated they would refund us and we could go elsewhere. Despite this being a huge inconvenience we left and found another hotel to stay at. 2 months  after our stay there is still no sign of our refund and getting straight answers is impossible, so we have paid for 3 nights in a hotel where we spent a total of 1 hour. The management of this place is frankly embarrassing and it's clear they have only 1 thing in mind, taking as much money as possible from their so called guests. I highly recommend you do not make the mistake we did and you find yourself another hotel in the area. This place is not worth it and it's certainly not worth the risk of taking these bedbugs home with you as although you may save a few cents off the cost of the hotel, getting your house treated for Bed Bugs will set you back hundreds of Euros at the very least. Truly the most shocking part of this whole ordeal is the fact that the hotel thinks it's acceptable to charge us in full and refuse a refund.

Absolutely awful hotel. Dirty carpets and walls throughout. Our room was disgusting, dirty floor and walls, holes in the bathroom door. The lights didn’t work, and we didn’t sleep as the noise from the trams and cars outside is insane. Avoid at all costs. Charged us £144 for one night, it most definitely was not worth it.

very disappointed by this hotel where I spent 3 nights. I think it's the worst I've ever been to and believe me, I've seen a lot of hotels in my long life... it starts as soon as you arrive - no parking, you have to park on the street or you risk getting a ticket (I escaped).... The receptionist wants to refuse my dog even though pets were accepted when booking.... yes but in the meantime it would have changed she tells me.... I express my dissatisfaction and finally after asking her boss, the lady accepts for 25 euros per night... normal supplement but it's more than twice the price in France, I complain and finally she agrees to reduce it to 20 euros per night...... I had paid in advance when booking, it was too late to find another hotel. direction the 3rd floor without elevator with an old staircase super steep and narrow, covered with a disgusting carpet. Arrived in a tiny room (attic, without window except for a skylight, far from the 12m2 announced) in terms of cleanliness it was okay but the mattress was very tired. Very noisy on the one hand because of the very thin partitions therefore not insulating, noise from the tram which passes constantly and backfiring of cars and motorcycles late at night. In the end the positive points are a discreet but friendly staff and a pleasant breakfast taken before my departure. It will not be enough to go back.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this hotel. As frequent travelers, we know that reviews are not always reliable, but in this case they are still too mild. First of all, there is no elevator in the hotel. Be prepared to climb a very narrow staircase if you are unlucky enough to stay on the top floor. If t****e, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors as if they were in your room, even if they whisper. Thirdly, the staff pretends to be friendly, until you have a complaint. Suddenly they can't help you with anything and only pretend to help you. Because, lastly, there were bedbugs in the room. Now of course this can happen, but these were so mature that this problem must have been known for a long time and simply nothing was done about it. We left immediately and didn't stay a minute longer, didn't even spend the night and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. They only pretend to help you get a refund, but in the end we had to claim it back through our credit card company. They keep your money and don't care at all. Theft is the only thing I can say about it. I also know for sure that this room was sold to someone else the next day. Apart from the fact that it was a very unpleasant experience, we suffered from it for days. What if one of the animals had crawled into our bags? Our entire weekend was ruined and when we got home we had to steam everything first. Oh, and I almost forgot, but the television didn't work.

We booked a room with a double bed. What a surprise to see that it was 2 separate beds. The rooms are separated by a simple door, no privacy: you can hear other guests going up the stairs and the conversations of the neighbors. In addition, the breakfast left something to be desired: little choice, very poor quality. The only positive point is that it is well located to visit the Atomnium and the concerts.

Accommodation assigned does not coincide with the booking reservation. Trato con el personal pésimo (no sabía inglés, solo frances...) y muy antipático. Habitación sucia, cha querosa con azulejos sans poner y agujero en el lateral del water. Undesirable oil in ********* in front of the house, in poor conditions. Room assigned did not coincide with the reservation by booking. I deal with the lousy staff (I didn't know English, only French...) Dirty room, disgusting shower with missing tiles and hole in the side of the toilet. Unpleasant smell of ********* inside the room, lousy conditions. The room allocated did not coincide with the reservation when booking. I deal with lousy staff (he didn't know English, only French...) Dirty room, disgusting shower with missing tiles and a hole in the side of the toilet. Unpleasant smell of ********* inside the room, lousy conditions.
