The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city without having to walk long distances.
Checking in went smoothly, but receptionists speak 'no' Dutch in our capital...
The room was very spacious with a spacious bed, TV, daily coffee/tea and a bottle of water on arrival.
Clean bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower and hairdryer).
The room and bathroom are cleaned every day and towels are changed every day.
Breakfast was ça va; the same every day and little choice.
Breakfast room was small and uncomfortable and not fresh due to many people close together.
There is also no pleasant atmosphere; you wouldn't dare eat anymore, it was so quiet there.
I wonder where they're going to put everyone when the hotel is fully booked?!
Staff is not really friendly (they don't speak Dutch either); They only say something when you speak to them, so not even a good morning (when you come downstairs in the morning).

Worst mattress ever Uncomfortable and really bad value for money The room was small, tv did not work well We could not rest because of the mattress, I can not consider it as a three start hotel, we paid over 160 euros per night and expected to have at least a decent mattresss

The location was perfect. The room was clean. It was small but perfect just for what you need - a place to sleep and leave your stuff The room was a bit stuffy, there is no air conditioning. They give you a big fan that doesn’t really do much other than push warm air around. Cool setting didn’t work, only made the room humid. The windows are big and can open but if you’re a light sleeper you’re not going to be able to leave them open to sleep. Was only here for a night. If I was here longer I don’t think I could take the heat in the room. It was cooler outside and in the hallway than the room itself

Hotel in the town center. Simple to find. Taxi, bus and underground, restaurants are near the hotel. Small, clean and modern rooms. Usefull to move in the city and for the central station. Hotel nel centro della città. Semplice da raggiungere. Taxi, bus , metropolitana e ristornati sono vicini all'hotel. Le camere sono piccole, pulite e moderne. Utile per muoversi in città e per la stazione centrale.

I had to leave to get the 7.55 Eurostar , so was down for breakfast at 6.45. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 but the guy on the desk opened everything up for me to get breakfast. Great customer service which isn’t normal!! Well located, rooms basic but clean with comfortable bed. I will stay again.

Very centrally located within walking distance to the Grand Palace. 3min walk from the nearest metro station Bourse, which is on the same line to Gare du Midi for the Eurostar from London. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful so I didn't have to lug it around with me all day. The room was small but perfect for 1 night as a Solo traveler. Bed was a comfy single bed, tea facilities but no coffee, decent bathroom with L'occitane products. My room looked out onto the street which was great for people watching but can be a bit noisy at night due to several bars opposite the hotel, so I would bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. If I'm ever back in Brussels I would definitely stay here again!

The room was so tiny. Had a narrow single bed and not much walking room. Had a TV, no fridge. No Air Conditioning which made sleep impossible. It was so hot in the room even with the window open. Clean sheets and comfortable mattress. Hot shower. Modern bathroom. Breakfast is not included and cost extra €18. Noise from the street until 6 am but better with window closed. Good soundproofing between rooms. Elevator. A light flashed every few minutes from the smoke detector overhead. There is only a welcome bottle of water in the bigger hotel rooms I was told. Friendly desk staff. Hotel well located near restaurants and cafes.
