The one in Belgium is considered cost-effective. It's a little far away from the city and very quiet. Although it is arranged in a basement, it does not affect the lighting. The room is spacious and can accommodate three or four people without feeling crowded at all. Especially with the private parking lot, parking is worry-free.

When I made the reservation, I only expected an ordinary hotel room. When I checked in, I saw that the room I was given was on the basement floor (-1/F), and I was even more shocked. But it was a pleasant surprise when I officially checked in!
It turned out that we were given a suite with a terrace, living room, open kitchen, and basic appliances and utensils such as a refrigerator and an induction cooker. It was like giving us a small home during the trip, which was quite a surprise.
However, there is a door in the suite, which is believed to lead to other suites. Although the door is locked, and the hotel claims that only hotel staff have the key, it always feels a bit confusing. And the room is not equipped with air conditioning, only a fan with extremely high output power. Although the weather was refreshing enough at that time, it still felt like it was a fly in the ointment.

I use to stay at this place and has rated it top all the time, service were normal on top but things has changed. As a VIP customer I will upon arrival receive a bottle of wine, as a compulsory gift. I forgot it but the hotel check in review reminded me. I looked around in the room but did only see one small bottle red wine on the kitchen table and one white in the fridge. To be sure I would to the hotel, who wrote back it was on the counter or in the fridge. Nothing about what kind it was. After two days I opened the red wine, which was undrinkable. At check out I was asked any use of minibar, which I answered no but that I took the wine as instructed by the message from the hotel. I was clearly told, it was not that bottle, it should be white wine and a special one indeed. I had to pay for the one opened and then I could get the compulsory white wine bottle with me (150ml), which I declined as I was leaving. This behaviour leaves me with a bitter taste and I will not recommend the MAS apartment hotel to others, as I normally have done over the last three years. It was more important to get the 10€ for the small bottle of wine that to give the customer service they were writing to me to have.

Staff very friendly, location was perfect. Not far away from places of interest and far enough away it was nice and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Highly recommended great stay in Brussels.

Extremely spacious room, clean, friendly staff, which immediately reacts in the event of any need. The only thing is slightly old equipment, particularly in the bathroom. Very well located, close to European institutions and near to a shop.

We spent a weekend in Brussels and we decided to stay in MAS Aparthotel. The experience was really good: impeccable service, very friendly staff, very wide rooms, very complete breakfast delivered directly to our room, very quiet neighborhood, etc. It felt like being at home but with the comfort and amenities of staying at a boutique hotel. Furthermore, the location is very centric and close to many of the highlights of the city. We really recommend MAS for romantic weekends, business trips or longer stays.
