New Hotel Charlemagne - Photo Gallery

Location is strategic to all public transports , restaurants and shopping streets . Near to tourist attractions . The toilet’s water flushing noise every 10 minutes . Very disturbing.

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and the bathroom and room were quite clean. However, despite locking the door and hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning staff entered our room early in the morning. And the toilet flushing system was bit unreliable, sometimes not working properly.

Nice experience, mostly for an excellente service. Rooms are quite old but still nice.

We are very far from the 4 stars advertised. The hotel has stopped in time and everything looks very old. Single glazing in the rooms and noisy and insufficient heating.
