It really depends on what you're looking for! If you just want a standard room to crash out at night... This will suit! If you want something that doesn't look like the carpets haven't been changed in 30 years and full of stains, has a reception that doesn't open till 12noon, this probably isn't for you. Unfortunately the pictures make it look far superior than it is, never felt so disappointed opening my hotel room door ever!

I am very disappointed with the service. No one at the reception desk. I called from my hotel room many times as I needed service and no one was there to help. They book you in and after you in there is no one at the reception’s desk. There were a nasty smell coming from the room and toilet, like a sewerage pipe that was blocked. No complimentary coffee as their welcome book states. Not a very pleasant stay, however the rooms were nice and clean.

We stayed in the king suite with hot tub room. The room was extremely spacious and amazing for the price. Everything was clean and the hot tub worked fine. Has great views. Mattress could have been better as there were some areas where I could feel the springs. But I would recommend and would stay here again. Old town is about a 15 minute walk or 4 minutes in a taxi which cost around £4. About 35 minutes from the airport and the Uber costs around £14. Theres a little shop about a minute away where you can buy any essentials or snacks and drinks. The hotel has a bar which we saw but didn’t use. Seemed nice though. Staff were friendly. Overall a good experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Christian. The room service was every day and the rooms are very nice and large. We had the top suite with outside space, the only fault we can say is the carpet was not very good We would use the hotel again

This place deserves at most 2 stars. The room (upgraded deluxe) was dirty, noisy and there was a funny smell in it, uncomfortable bed and cushions, the staff was rude, no breakfast not because it wasn't included but because they don't open the restaurant until late. The worst experience ever!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a junior suite, there is nothing to say about the room ... very clean, welcoming and warm. The reception was not very welcoming .. as soon as we arrived there was no one, I had to look for someone .. finding a girl who did not even speak English. The reception is open from 12:00 to 00:00. The last evening as soon as I returned to the hotel the card did not access the room, fortunately the reception was open but as usual I had to look for someone ... I wonder ... if the problem encountered would have happened to me in the morning, who would have helped me since the reception is closed in the morning?

An experience that definitely needs improvement, we were welcomed into a room that was supposed to be a hall but with the appearance of a construction site, wires everywhere with bricklayers working and endless dust! It would perhaps have been more appropriate to close the room used as a hall and welcome people in the adjacent door where you go up to the rooms. The reception was terrible, the check-in clerk didn't know a word in Italian (even though we were told that they knew the language) while in English he did everything he could not to be understood. The room was nice overall, but it was a pity that the carpet was all stained and not very clean, unlike the bathroom, with all the travel accessories.
