Walking distance from many of the tourist attractions as well as public transportation. The room was clean and warm. Shower turned hot instantly. The breakfast was good.

Good value for money. Good location in the center. All the staff are particularly friendly, smiling and accommodating. Any small suggestion for improvement: The morning coffee could do with being a little stronger for our European taste. Taxi service available to the airport.

Excellent hotel, service 10/10, they really take care of any other people's inconvenience. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it is cheap and I highly recommend it. It is so well cared for that it does not seem like it was 2 stars (attached photo of the view)

Hotel looks more like a hotel for homeless people. Horrible room, weak air conditioning (I sweated like a pig all night) during the day, at 10 in the morning they turn it off. Leaking bathroom. Tiny room, "hotel that doesn't provide security". I was humiliated by the night employee who took my wallet before going up to my room to get money to pay Uber (even though my payment was registered on the APP as being by card). Be careful with this scam. They accept your ride even though they know it is with a registered card and then FORCE YOU to pay with cash. I explained this morning to the "manager" who didn't care. I booked for 6 days and only stayed 2. I packed my things and got another WONDERFUL hotel, UP BARRIO NORTE. This rating is 1000. I asked for a refund from ********** but they informed me that the hotel did not agree. Here's a tip: when you arrive at the hotel, see everything, from the reception, the staff and the room. If you don't like it, ask for another room or ask for your money back even if you have to call the police. Detail: This was my 26th in Buenos Aires and my first disappointment.

There are fleas in the rooms. Every day, 20-30 mosquitoes enter the room through the ventilation holes in the rooms. As we kill, new ones come. Breakfast sucks. The carpets on the floor are dusty. It is impossible to breathe. The bathroom and toilet are terrible. All our peace has vanished. It's a shame for the money we spent. The shower cabin in the bathroom is 50 CM. Very good service, the girls at the reception very friendly and attentive. Good location of the hotel, close to everything, although the street is not the prettiest. Very good value for money, it met our expectations of staying one night in Buenos Aires.

I stay at the hotel every time I go to Buenos Aires. I always left very satisfied. Comfortable rooms with optimal facilities. All the staff is very friendly, excellent in their treatment, both from the moment of making reservations and personally at the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The prices are highly reasonable taking into account the very satisfactory level of performance. I really feel very comfortable at the Marbella Hotel. I arrive in Buenos Aires with the peace of mind that I will be staying in a very nice place. The location...well, strategic to be close to everything in CABA
