This hotel is one of the most luxurious in BA and is located in a golden location. You can walk to the cemetery, and Hermes is across the road. The whole is indeed a palace style, very retro and beautiful, and the hotel that I live in NYC is much better. The service is quite satisfactory, and I can say that it is the service that this price hotel should have. Stayed here for a total of five nights, first-time arrival and imminent departure, bearing too many memories for me 🥺Will be back for sure

Stayed here one night pre-Antartic cruise and it was organised by the cruise company. The rooms look dated and some of the fittings, particularly in the bathroom needs replacing since they were broken. For the price point, it was disappointing if I had paid myself. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Personally I would choose a different hotel unless you need to be in recoleta specifically

A beautiful hotel with everything a traveler needs to be comfortable and pampered! Walking distance to a few sights and a quick Taxi or Uber drive to everywhere else. Mario in the bar area was friendly, professional and working hard on his English. What a delight he is. The servers in the Restaurant are also professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet is worth including in your reservation. It is wonderful and if you can't find anything on the buffet, try the included menu! Wonderfully appointed spa! Everything in this hotel is well thought out and appointed. When in Buenos Aires, this will be our first choice of hotel!!

My parents traveled with friends and they had problems with the room numbers, since there were people in the rooms. Someone even entered in the morning with a code and they were inside. They really felt very unsafe.

Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

As Mariott BonVoy members we enjoyed our stay at the park tower hotel. Its connected to the Sheraton hotel in the same complex. Eva, our butler was determined to make our stay wonderful. She would write little notes for us every morning. We enjoyed 5 nights in Buenos Aires. We got a suite beautiful room, very conveniently located. Amazing views of the city and harbors. They don't have breakfast included but have a lounge service from 6-8 which was average compared to most of our other hotel. Gustav concierge was a fountain of knowledge. He helped us tailor our trip. We took a Gaucho day trip from hotel as well. The breakfast is delicious buffet! We enjoyed all the local treats. Dutchess Leche based breads. Andrew was wonderful server. Overall a great stay!

I am Japanese. I hope that I can send a little useful information to the Japanese who will come in the future.
The location of the pass is a bit difficult to understand. However, it is located in a place where you can go out immediately in the city, so I am not afraid to move.
The cherry blossom service is great. Be careful because it takes something like accommodation tax in the field.
The cleaning of the cheek is also quite fine and you can spend the next day clean.
There are shampoo shampoo, body soap, etc., but there is no shaving, so you should bring it. The shower sometimes makes the water worse.
Breakfast is until 10 a.m. There is one coffee water on the table in the room, two waters in the refrigerator, two orange juices, one beer, two cans. There are about two sweets.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is big enough and the equipment is good. But the service was rather stiff. We booked a room on the Nansen cruise ship for the next day. Two guests shared a room, but they were given a double bed room. Two strangers couldn't sleep there. After long negotiations, we still couldn't resolve the issue, so we ended up patching up a quilt and sleeping on the sofa! In addition, the team arrived at the hotel after one o'clock in the evening, and they had to queue up at the front desk to check in one by one. They could not prepare their room cards in advance and check in directly!
We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel on our return trip from the Antarctic cruise. When we arrived at the front desk, our key cards were all ready, which was very convenient!

GGuest User How a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables. Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner. Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons. A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7. Right next to Florida Calle for money changing. Closest subway is 2 minutes away. Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer. I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia. Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Thanks Che Juan Hostel.
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
GGuest User 725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.
Nice location with very clean rooms, most the places that we wanted to visit. 10-20min walking distance, for longer trips we used Uber . But best part during our visit was the front desk staff, Zaria and Nestor was exceptionally nice and super professional. Zaire made sure that we have best possible experience during our visit in hotel and even giving us tips where to go and what to visit . Overall A++ Thank you .
GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. Nos veremos de nuevo muy pronto

GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.
GGuest UserWe stayed here two times. The first time our room was on the 9th floor, and the second time on the 6th floor. The 9th floor room was very quiet, you could hardly hear the noise in the busy Corrientes street. The 6th floor room was not as quiet; you could hear some of the street noise, but it did not interrupt our sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast with media lunas, liquid yogurt, salami, ham, and good coffee. We received excellent service from Kelly at the front desk, and Eric who always managed the front door well. Kelly arranged our travel to the Ezeiza airport and also to the aeroparque.
GGuest UserWe had a good experience overall here, the room was nice, fluffy towels, close to shops, breakfast was very nice and good value ...But it was the staff who made our stay so great. We stayed here at the beginning and then again at the end of our 3 week trip. They booked a taxi for us arriving from the UK which was so reassuring to have in advance. They checked us in early when we arrived. Another colleague explained the currency situation- very helpful. And finally they helped us out in a bit of a crisis. My husband left his mobile in the taxi on the way to the airport when we were leaving Argentina. I called the hostel who had booked the taxi for us and the wonderful woman there contacted the driver and he came back to the airport- you never saw 2 more relieved people! Luckily we had given ourselves extra time at the airport so we were still in plenty of time. I'm so glad we stayed here rather than a hotel. The lonely planet said it was as good as a mid range hotel and it has a lot more going for it with all the help, hints and tips from the staff.
You see the hotel incredible on the internet, but the reality is different. It's an old building, which I understand, but the rooms are not amazing, the carpets in the corridors look really dirty, the service is not good at all. The maid was more eager to ask if she better not clean until the next day, you have cockroaches in the room, the shower is very small both at the top and the space. You think the elevator is going to come off and it's very small. The noise is extreme, you can hear everything that happens in the rooms, the Argentines who stay are really noisy, the doors slam shut, it smells bad inside the bedrooms. I asked about the air conditioning and the answer was that due to the current climate they don't turn it on, that they only use the heating if you're cold, I told them that I'm not cold but hot, but I can't use it, they don't have a machine, at least for coffee , breakfast is not included. Really pay a cost for something horrible, dirty and bad service.
SshawndaikiLocation, location, location.
Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.
