Disgusting, unsightly environment. They do superficial cleaning, the building is run down. We intentionally booked into the renovated “newer” section, we informed them in a separate email that we had higher demands (read: CLEANLINESS), instead we got a dirty, cobwebbed, limescale room. Since we arrived with children and friends, there was no option to leave the hotel immediately, whose children would understand. We asked for cleaning on the second day, and besides our bed being made, we didn’t even get a vacuuming. (I wish that was the problem)

Never change any weekend for this place! Although the hotel looks nice first, after a few hours realize, it is not that place you really wanted to visit. The staff is of a low standard, poor service , whithout any concept. Cleaning is an important profession, a pity that it is not taught. Food quite okay (2 star level), the quality of wine and the selection is tragic and even expensive! (and they even ask for a lot of tap water too). And if you're bored, take part in a fire alarm exercise. No one will know what to do ...

Room was old and bad quality (photos attached). In the bath tube drains were blocked, water didnt go down, it was disgusting. Terrace door was broken. Wellness center is small, and nit nice at all. All sauna windows were dirty. Minibar was almost empty: 2 mineral water was in it. Overall bad experience, would not recommend itto anyone.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything. I am sure we will be back.

The AC was so Bad, the temperature in the conference rooms was too hot (around 30 degrees celsius with high humidity) and even in the rooms does not worked well, the staff has stolen some of my meds. The reception was rude, because they tought we are just emloyees of the conference, not a normal guest.

We closed the year with 5 wellness day, and we choose the best place for this. The hotel has everything for a wellness holiday, good and healthy foods, nice personal, fantastic sauna team, thermal water, and quite rooms.

Booking and early check-in were easy. Rooms in the main building were a bit dated but OK. Everything was very dark. Main pool was too cold and thermal pool closed. Food was very good. Cocktail bar was great too.
