Booked a King Room. Arrived to find out the room was actually a double, room was also advertised as having a separate bath and shower, there was only a shower. We specifically booked the room for the bath due to a disability. When explaining the issue, the staff pushed the blame to *******, blaming that they listed the room incorrectly. As expected for a bank holiday weekend they were fully booked so couldn't move us but didn't offer us any form of alternative solution and just said we need to contact *******. We were left with no option but to leave and cancel our bank holiday weekend plans. For a premium price the customer service certainly is not premium. I highly advise the owners to have an audit and ensure any listing for the accommodation is accurate to prevent any inadvertent ableism.
