老闆非常熱情，我們第一晚因為天氣原因沒進去禾木，老闆立馬給退了全額房費，服務態度也特別好~下次來禾木還會住這家民宿的！

全家人都非常滿意！！之前擔心禾木的住宿冷、不乾淨、洗澡問題、吵鬧通通不存在！我們住的半地下，但其實不太陰暗，而且白天都出去玩兒，住一宿而已，幾乎天剛亮就出發了。洗澡兩個人間隔大概半小時，就可以洗了，很舒服，水流不算沖，但也不小。這家民宿位於禾木的換乘中心，這片區域好寧靜的世外桃源哦~出入很方便，走路到乘車點大概10分鐘，有點兒遠。附近吃飯的地方不多，但我們住兩天，吃了3家店，也很舒服了。超級推薦！老闆聰明熱情。這麼忙的時候，忙而不亂。祝老闆發財！你的貓貓很可愛！

本來離店後就應該給好評的，奈何這兩天一直在路上。不得不説老闆人真的很好，一個很年輕帥氣的哈薩克族小夥，非常熱情，主動去換乘站接送我們，晚上到的已經很晚了，還和我們在院裏聊天，給我們講應該怎麼玩，把路線説的很清楚，最後我們走的時候還把行李給我們送到換乘站。非常好的一次入住體驗。不愧網友們的好評，必須給老闆點個贊。如果以後有朋友到禾木玩，我也會推薦這家店！

民宿老闆很棒，房間也挺好。遇到大雪封路晚一天才上的山，老闆很爽快的就退了當天的房費。吃飯，包車老闆都幫忙給預約！非常省心人性化，新疆的朋友亞克西喲。不過半地下的房子通風不太好，注意通風，也希望老闆再把衞生搞好點就更好了。室外過道上遇到一個老鼠，被老闆養的小貓咪抓住了，放點捕鼠盒吧。

禾木如仙境！住一晚很值得！
民宿帥哥老闆人很好，來之前也和我們打電話説來禾木的最晚時間，怕我們錯過，住進去樂之後也和我們講在這裏要怎麼玩💓
民宿是在新村，環境很好，房間非常乾淨整潔，衞生程度超過外面大多數的酒店（不是吹，住過很多酒店，這次住真的感覺衞生做的非常好）。價格在一眾景區內的民宿中也非常美麗了！還有🐱🐱！
總之，好評！

讓前台一起幫忙搬一下行李，回答沒空，然而並沒有其他人在辦理入住，臨晨三點有兩小孩還是女孩鬧騰了半個多小時，在外面走廊大喊大叫，也沒人管理，反正性價比不高，入住體驗極差
