這家店要嚴重吐槽，我想問一下我們來住店的客人，你們其他的房間在裝修這麼大的油漆味飄散到我們房間來。這麼冷的天氣，（-10度以上）你讓我開窗户通風，那我這地暖還有啥用呢？而且你們是在經營狀態下，裝修難道不應該遮擋一下嗎？而且兩個樓層都是這樣，很無語！

因為入住時熱水出了問題還在檢修，提前溝通好可以入住同院的另一個酒店（咭·咖啡酒店），房間乾淨整潔，早餐也豐盛。

首先我很客觀的評價，要誇誇服務，服務沒有問題，都很到位，布爾津的晚上已經很冷了，我們車裡裝了很多紅酒，保安叔叔還把我們搬到庫房，非常感謝。再來説説我為什麼會給差評，作為酒店同行來説，我是希望你們做的更好，才會寫評價，第一進到房間我就發現地毯沒有吸塵，很多毛髮和碎屑，酒店起碼三天沒有抹塵，床頭櫃上，床頭上方都是灰和碎屑。我在辦理入住的時候就問有沒有無煙樓層，我和老公都不抽煙，廁所衞生間居然還有煙灰，浴室毛髮是一團團的，我立即打電話給前台了，想叫經理來檢查他們的衞生，估計是晚上，前台説經理不在，有什麼問題可以給她説，我為什麼會叫經理，我覺得我給前台講不一定會傳達到負責人的耳朵裏，何況我已經給前台打電話了，應該排人來核實情況，沒有人來查看，因為我覺得像這種全國連鎖酒店，如果衞生出現了問題，是很嚴重的問題，而且是這麼嚴重的問題我覺得不是一天兩天了，希望你們越來越好
