Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.

Clean and compact rooms, offers all basic shower necessities. Breakfast was good staff were friendly and attentive. Location was ok, not too close to the central but still good high location great bar nearby to watch the sunset.

We stayed at this hotel exactly a year ago. What can I say, well done! Cleanliness and order! In general, smoking is not allowed in the room. We were given a non-smoking room. Their food is top notch! I wish only prosperity to this hotel! The staff is friendly! Which is important! Keep up your RUBA PALAS brand! 👍👍👍

Unfriendly staff specifically a woman staff with red hair in restaurant talk so rude to my little girl, she just a child take bread with hand because not see fork but the way that woman talk make my girl scary. I think she rasist. I don’t like this hotel

Ruba Place Thermal Hoteli aile hamamı için Perşembe günü arayarak bilgi aldım. Pazar günü saat 11:54'te arayıp aynı akşam saat 22:00 için randevu aldım. Randevu saatinde gittiğimde ise randevunun olmadığını iddia edildi. Sonra bilgisayara detaylı baktıktan sonra evet randevunuz varmış ama sıcak suda arıza var size bilgi vermemişiz dendi. Bu sorumsuzluk zincirine anlam vermemekle birlikte burasını kullanacaklara diyebilirim ki etrafta başka oteller ve termaller var. Başka yerlerde çok daha kaliteli hizmet alabilirsiniz. Arıza olabilir insancıl bir durum. Ama bunun bilgisini vermemek ihmalkarlıktır. Ben oraya kadar geldikten sonra yapılan hiçbir açıklamanın da anlamı yoktur. Basit bir olaya bile reaksiyon gösteremeyen bir işletme diğer sorunlara karşı nasıl bir tutum sergileyecek diye merak ediyorum.
