Such treatment cannot be justified, regardless of cost. They misled us by quoting a price of 5100 TL for a better room, but then downgraded our rooms to the same price. This is unacceptable, and potential customers should be warned. I strongly advise finding another place to stay."

"Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the spa services at this hotel, which has been operating for many years. Both the prices are very high and the service received is quite mediocre. The physical conditions in the treatment area are also unsatisfactory; the heated marble slab is excessively hot. The same water is used for two people simultaneously for scrubbing/foaming treatments, resulting in poor hygiene. Furthermore, the room temperature cannot be adjusted; opening the balcony door is recommended to lower the temperature. These problems, which we found unsatisfactory, are truly unbecoming of Çelik Palas."
