Spa hotels in Bursa

This hotel left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the food was amazing, the staff polite, and the spa area good. But on the other hand, there were downsides: 1) The hotel is located away from the main skiing area. If there's not much snow and no ski-in access to the main slopes, they recommend taking a taxi, as there's no shuttle service. You can forget about ski-in/ski-out. 2) Although the spa area is well-designed, for some reason the jacuzzi wasn't working, and the water was cold. 3) The equipment rental and ski center in general. Firstly, they couldn't answer questions about what was operational and what wasn't. Secondly, the prices absolutely did not match the quality. Renting a helmet cost half the price of a full ski set – I've never encountered such pricing before. And of course, the prices in the main skiing area are better, even if the equipment isn't as good. My summary is this: if your main goal is skiing, and there happens to be a problem with snow, this hotel definitely doesn't justify its cost. If your goal is relaxation and the mountains in general, then I think it's an excellent option, especially if the spa area gets repaired.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tea time and treats were much better and delicious than we expected. Well done to the chef. Creating a quiet area in the spa section is a very good idea, but in this section we once encountered a family with children aged 3-4, and once we encountered interesting guests jumping into the pool. Fortunately, their fun (!) did not last long. Maybe it would be good if there was a staff member in the spa department who monitors such situations from time to time and warns them if necessary. Secondly, it was extremely hot everywhere in the spa area. The water is already quite warm, steam room, sauna etc. We also use it, but when the ambient temperature is around 30-35 degrees, it gets a little overwhelming. Also, the temperature of both pools is high, only the jacuzzi in the quiet area is a little cooler, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool instead. There are food and beverages, markets, taxis, etc. around the hotel. options available. We went as a group of friends and had a great time. It's a hotel I would definitely consider going back to. It was our 1st time in uludag. The hotel is huge and has amazing staff especially the porter (i forgot his name). He is super pleasant. We didnt get the breakfast in hotel as it was too expensive. The room is clean n nice.

Facilities: Breakfast is very rich and full of variety Hygienic: The room is cleaned very clean Environment: There are city parks around, and it is very convenient to run in the morning. The city scenery is very good Service: The hotel has a hot spring service, the right time to participate

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, fakat restoranda kahvaltı sırasında personeller misafirler kahvaltıya devam ederken dış alana sandalye ve masa taşımaya başladılar. Dışarıdaki soğuk havanın içeri girmesi kapıyı uzun süre açık bırakmaları ve ordaki fazla gürültü herkesi oldukça rahatsız etti. Çalışanların daha dikkatli davranması gerekiyordu misafirlerin bulunduğu ortamda. Bunun dışında kahvaltıya biraz daha çeşit eklenebilirdi, çeşitlilik az geldi biraz bize diğer ramada otellerine kıyasla. Temizlik ve konum ***et iyiydi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Stayed for two days. The room booked at the front desk was very small, and the next day the online booking was given a better room. Different treatment.

I always choose this hotel when I come to Bursa. The price is a lot more expensive this year, but the service is good. I will continue to choose this hotel.

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.
