"The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough"

DDaogelalaIt's a great place for skiing, and the prices aren't too expensive in winter. The main challenge is finding a good driver for the mountain. There's an ancient town nearby that's 700 to 800 years old and is also worth a visit. The hotel also offers a variety of outdoor activities, and I'd definitely go back next time I have the chance.

the view and Ski experience was perfect, my card was parked at outside and was buried under the snow and I expected a indoor parking for my car.

SSami AKBIYIKThe hotel was generally successful. The people at the reception did not offer a solution to almost any issue, they just let it go. At the hotel we went to for the view, we were given a room with a view of a wall full of rubbish. When we requested a change, we were told there was no room available. However, when we made the reservation, we requested a room with a view. When we wanted to upgrade, we were told there was no room. They changed the spa hours according to the group coming to the hotel (normally it was only for women until 16 and mixed use until 11, but they declared women's use until 20:00 and almost no wet area usage rights were given to men. Individual customers never, ever He did not hesitate to declare that he did not care about it.

Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

OOnasabrFirst visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient. Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):
Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han.
The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.
We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.
Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.
Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel
when visiting Bursa.
