Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading. Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

Compared with the other two hotels in Buxton, the hot spring facilities are the most. It is very happy to come here after hiking or going to a spa. The spa needs to be booked in advance, which is good. Be sure to drink a lot of water after the spa. And because the city center is very small, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The stay is ok. However, the breakfast is so-so. Although you can order hot breakfast, nono has it late.

I was very disappointed when I stayed at the Crescent Hotel on Christmas Eve🥹 The following is a real experience of staying here. I hope the hotel can make some improvements: 1. The hotel restaurant needs to be improved: the food tastes very average; the waiter is a bit dull😔 Breakfast is semi-self-service, but the waiter did not come to take orders for a long time. Fortunately, the breakfast is still delicious😋 2. I had not checked out after breakfast in the morning. It felt like someone had entered the room. It was probably because the cleaning staff found that the guests had not checked out halfway through cleaning. The hotel did not even contact in advance to apologize. (p9) 3. The bedding is very uncomfortable, and the quilt core and quilt cover always separate. A large bed is made up of two small beds. 4. The hot spring is not warm, but lukewarm. The experience in winter is too bad, but maybe the British love this temperature. 5. The room is spacious and clean. But combined with other stay experiences, I personally think it is not worth the price of 3,000 RMB 🙂
