Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

Great stay for the family and myself. Chad and his team were amazing with us and even got us some chocolates for the kids. Room was comfortable, clean and smelt incredible. They left a personal note in the room and that’s a great touch. Thank you for calling me before our arrival too so I could sort out parking arrangements, it was a massive help.

Fabulous location right by Victoria Marina… a collection of nice restaurants and a stones throw from the castle… as per normal premier inn is underrated and I never know why… this family room was huge… amazingly powerful shower… comfy beds… great value breakfast… the breakfast staff were beyond lovely… nothing was too much trouble…

Great base for exploring Caernarfon, clean /fresh rooms. The staff are so helpful and friendly, Went into table table for our meals,the food was lovely, sat with a view over the harbour while eating lovely and peaceful. Definitely stay here again.

No heating in the room. Shampoo conditioner on the wall was broke and was not dispensing anything. Cooked Breakfast was not cooked properly Black pudding was like eating blood. It has the smell and taste of blood. Staffs at the restaurant were ignoring the guests.

Service very good. Car park £5 for 24hours. Just a short walk across the road. Staff very helpful. Nice setting for breakfast, facing the Marina. Breakfast very good value for money. Staff at breakfast lovely and friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again if we in this area.
