Great central location ! This beautiful old building is very unique, the original old elevator still works seamlessly . Our room had amazingly high ceilings with views of the port whilst directly across from cagliari train station ( which we never heard a train in thd 3 days we were there) . The reception team( Gulia & Stefania) were fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating . They provided great tourist attractions to visit whilst we were there.

Well located comfortable apartment.
Lovely apartment, well located for public transport and getting around Cagliari. Very comfortable bed, good facilities. Fantastic communications from the property managers.

EXPERIENCIA AGRIDULCE
La habitación es genial, muy bonita, y la situación increíble. La comunicación con la propiedad buenísima, nos dejaron hacer antes el check in.
Como contra, el estado del portal, en el descansillo, donde está el ascensor, hay unas puertas, mi hija de 2 años las abrió y estaban llenas de basura dentro. El portal es precioso, pero necesita limpieza.
El ascensor se rompió el último día. Imaginad esto, en un cuarto o quinto piso (ya no recuerdo) con un carrito y la niña de dos años.

We enjoyed our stay at Onlyrooms. The room is spacious, very clean and conveniently located. The hosts, with whom we communicated via Whatsapp, were very friendly and accommodating. All good!

I have used this great facility twice in December, the first time booked via a popular hotel engine and the second time directly through their website. The booking process is extremely easy and I like these value for money rooms are clean, spacious and easy to access at any time, given clear instructions and access codes via WhatsApp by a very thorough and attentive Signor Alberto. The room overlooking the main road had great view but was a bit noisy. The room at the back was a lot quieter. The location is fantastic and the free parking access a real bonus for a central accommodation in beautiful Cagliari. Recommended and will use again. 9.5/10

La habitación muy limpia, con maquina para el café disponible WiFi, me orientaron para conocer los lugares más bonitos y muy buena posición porque está de frente a la terminal de trenes de Cagliari. Lo recomiendo 👍 Muchas gracias a Giulia que ha estado muy gentil.
