"This hotel offers a wide range of services with very helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The bathroom is beautifully designed with all the comforts of a five-star hotel, including bathrobes and a special mention for the brown slippers bearing the hotel's logo (a welcome change from white). Even the lighting has a dimmer switch. One minor drawback: the breakfast could benefit from a few hot dishes other than eggs. But I highly recommend this hotel and would return if the opportunity arose."

"We stayed at OnlyRooms I with my partner for five nights and six days in September 2024. During the entire stay, they only came to clean once, leaving us without clean towels, soap, or toilet paper. The one time they did come, they made the bed with sheets that didn’t fit the bed; they were much larger and kept slipping off and bunching up. There was no one at the reception when we arrived, nor was there anyone there at any time during our stay (morning, afternoon, evening, or night). The bed in the room was very old, sagging from use, and uncomfortable to sleep in. Customer service is only available through WhatsApp, and they take a long time to respond. If you encounter any issues, they simply “wash their hands” and do nothing to help (for example, when we needed more bath soap). We were lucky to run into a cleaning lady by chance one day, and she gave us some clean towels. In short, we were disappointed with the service and quality of the accommodation and would not recommend it to others."
