"Good location for the national stadium, bus stop right outside and walking distance. Good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was tiny but clean and what you would expect for such a low price. Perfect bed for the night."
"The decor and amenities within V Hotel are aged. Eateries within walking distance are limited to Malay food and the mamak place downstairs. Access to TBS requires a 15min walk thru KK Mart headquarters, an overhead bridge and then a stretch to the Shell station opposite."
"I have no complaint about this hotel since I had a pleasant stay here with my family. The check in process is very smooth. Taj resto also can cook well. The 7E is a plus for midnight snack. Also plenty of parking for our cars. Will stay here when I come to this area again."

"This place is a great getaway for couples. They don't allow kids under 12, and in fact, maximum 2 people per room. The facilities include in-room jacuzzi (not sure if all rooms have this, but ours did!), very nice and natural swimming pool and gardens. They have a spa where we enjoyed a wonderful massage, a bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and staff are incredibly nice and efficient, food was great. The room was very clean, and lots of amenities (tea, coffee, minibar, toiletries, lots of towels, etcetera). The overall facilities are well kept and clean, but some might think just a bit run down: there is a lot of wood, which is hard to maintain in good condition, but it was not a huge issue for us. As for the location, if you are going to KL to shop, this may not be the place for you: it is just a bit off the beaten track. However, there is an LRT station (Ampang Park) about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. But close to the hotel, there is not much in the way of shops or restaurants. For our 3-day getaway, it was perfect, and we would certainly do it again."
"Was very excited when i booked this hotel, afterall it is Banyan Tree that we are talking about, and most importantly, it did not come cheap, so we thought the service would be exceptional. When we first arrived, the friendly porters helped us with our bags, as the front desk was up at the 53rd floor. The front desk guy who served us was very friendly as well. When we asked for a non-corner room, he told us it was not a corner room. But when we went up, it was a corner room. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell that lingered in the room and smelled like a room that was cleaned using a dirty mop. After calling the operator to inform about the situation, they did not come right away even after saying they would (this is my first encounter because usually other hotels have the practice of turning up right away when i called). We waited for a long time before we called again. But we had to wait again and decided to leave to inform the front desk of this situation before we went out for our activities. On the night itself, we requested for 2 extra pillows. The staff did not come even after 15-20 mins and so we had to call again and again (even though they said they would). The next morning, we had their breakfast. It was pleasant, but i would say the selections were not that widespread. However, the staff in the restarant were very proactive and friendly. Requested for late check out but the to 12.30pm. All in all, the waiting time for housekeeping was very slow. Sad to say, this hotel did not leave me a very good impression, and rather average, given the price we paid."
"Hotel located near KL Chow Kit station.
Hotel staffs are very nice and supportive of customer request.
Room aircon is cold for sleeping. Toiletries are provided. Bottled mineral waters are provided too for each day of stay.
Bath room needs upgrade though. No phone in the room and needs to go down level 1 to counter for request."
"I like the location of this hotel, as it's very close to the subway station and there are plenty of dining options in the mall nearby, making it really convenient. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace on the top floor, where you don't have to worry about sun or rain. Although it's only on the 6th floor, the view is acceptable, and there's a small gym, which is more than enough for my solo business trips. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing is poor; the noise from the hallway can disturb your sleep, and I had to wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep. Also, the water heater's temperature is limited; you have to let it run for a while before it gets slightly warm, but it never gets hot."
"Amazing apartment style accommodation (kitchen, living room & bed room) within 10-25 min walking distance to popular spots in KL. 10 min to Changkat, 15 min to Jalan Alor, 20/25min to Pavilion Mall. The rooms are clean, spacious, and has all the necessary amenities required for short/long term stay. The views from the room are superb, especially the top floors (we had direct view of the KL tower from the room). And if you go to the 48th floor and step outside, you could see Merdeka 118. We did not use any other amenities so cannot comment on that. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and luxurious stay."
"Nice property in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood of central KL of historic significance. Nice rooftop pool with good views of Bukit Nanas and KL tv tower. Several good coffee/food/drink options within walking distance."
"The hotel is awesome. Me and my son loved every minute spent there. We enjoyed :
- the evening show at the garden that we watched through the window, no crowds, you can see the whole scenery of the fountains
-the fragrance at the hotel everywhere, it smelled so good
- the breakfast, we tried all kinds of exotic fruits that we’ve never seen before
- the staff is very friendly
- the thoughtful details like greeting from the hotel
- and of course the 2 minutes walk to the Twin Towers"

Very Good
FFamily RA hotel with exquisite and opulent décor and designs, as well as incredibly cosy accommodations and first-rate standards. Additionally, the welcoming staff all delivered excellent service. If I may, though, I must say that the breakfast buffet's limited and underwhelming selection of food caught me a little off guard. Fruit juices and nasi lemak's seafood sambal, on the other hand, were excellent! Also, in order for hotel guests to make the most of the gym, I sincerely hope that the hotel will be able to install more machines and equipments.
AAlexThis amazing hotel checked all the boxes!! I truly enjoyed my stay at Imperial Lexis. I have been to KL countless times and this one gave me another level of experience of the KL city view. Kudos to the service team, they are really a friendly and helpful bunch and took in all my request and even allow me for early check in. The hotel room quality exceeded my expectation and easily match many of the top international hotels. The location and view of the hotel room is unbeatable and breathtaking. The whole KLCC skyline is visible from my hotel rooms. Honestly, I am already planning for my next stay at this hotel. Great job team Lexis 👍❤️

Iin huiGood location, just right off Bukit Bintang, opposite Sungei Wang plaza. Room is modern, comfortable, small for 2 persons. Bathroom is at the back facing roadside, with bright lights from plaza.
There are 2 wings, the lower block is a long walk thru a very nicely decorated corridor, but too long and narrow to walk.
Swimming pool and gym is small, more for a leisure workout.
Breakfast is great, though choice is not that great.
Checking in takes a while, as only 1 staff available.
GGuest UserThis hotel location is great; walking diatance to Pavillion mall, spacious rooms, and helpful service. However, the breakfast experience could be improved. The food and coffee are average, and the egg station is particularly disappointing, with overcooked scrambled eggs and omelets.
NNTL+ The view from thw room is great. The view from the pools is also amazing, especially at night. Have a small nice gym; the room is clean.
- the biggest minus is thw elevator. You can spend hours waiting for the elevator. We were about to be late to the airport due to this. There are 53 floors. So imagine how many people. The room is very small, there is no toothbrush, no water. Amd no good restaurant downstairs. Only some indiand bistros with a doubt quality food. We love Indian food so much and we didn't risk to try it. Usually we stay around KLCC, but this times decided to switch to KL sentral, and never again. But the stuff and toom itself is okay. Also bear in mind the pool is open only from 8 to 7p.m

MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

BBlueTripFirst of all, I would like to conclude that this is a cost-effective hotel.
Location
It is an 8 minute walk from the monorail station (Chowkit), but it is not that inconvenient.
Rooms and Services
The rooms are clean, although they are showing their age in some places. The water pressure in the shower was fine and the front desk was friendly. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but considering the price, it is more than enough.
I think this is the best hotel for guests who are looking for a certain level of cleanliness and cheap price.
NNUR AWATIF FAKHIRAWhat did we enjoy?
Fasilities are in a good condition. Room will full of mirrors which made the room appear to be big, the sliding mirror door which is nice… Breakfast is fine, Swimming pool not so big but just okay. Nearby out meeting place, just need to take elevator. PARKING is FREE for 2 days. The staff is great too. So for me its worth every penny paid. Kudos to VKL team!
Whats not so enjoyable?
The vivahome shopping mall beside hotel is hidup segan mati tak mahu (nothing is there). We took grab to Sunway Velocity Mall which have more choices and just 5 mins away.
NNurizyani AzharHello! Thank you for the excellent service, especially the male receptionist—I can't recall his name, but he was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for work purposes for four days, and it was comfortable. However, the parking area a bit small. As a woman who’s not used to driving, I found it a bit difficult to park in tight spaces. But I understand the location. Overall, it was comfortable, and I would recommend it to others. It’s within walking distance to the mall and MRT.
NNature Lover68One of my favourite hotels in Petaling Street, KL. Good location with low price especially last minute booking. The Surrounding have plenty of food places, easily accessible by walking or public transportation to tourist attractions.
The accommodation was tidy, comfy and cleanliness acceptable. Toothbrush, shower gel, kettle, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Highly recommend!
