Staff are friendly and attentive, clean rooms and pool with a nice view, bed is comfortable, smooth check in and checkout, rate is reasonable. Definitely satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Service was good. A little bit confused about their lift but it's ok. The room is very comfortable and spacious too. The view is great that i can see KL Tower and Pavillion from it. I will repeat again if i have time.

Booked queen bed, get two single bed. Still acceptable but around 2hrs after check in, someone wants to enter my room because the hotel issued the same room for two client.
I booked 2night, the second day card disallowed to enter need to ask from front counter to solve *=*
Also saw two cockroach in the room 😌

Excellent location to food market Jalan Alor and the pub street, Pavilion and major shopping centres. Smooth check in and check out. In-house massage much safe, convenient and good too.

There’s water clogging in the shower..end up we have a small bath tub..wanted to called room service but too tired to change room..so we just bare with it..not sure the housekeeper clean the shower or not coz if he did..he would have noticed the clogged and fix it..this is frustrating coz i like staying here..the bed is super comfy that i can sleep peacefully throughout the night plus the location is convenient for us to get food..last we stayed here it was great..hopefully the hotel fix it

Overall this hotel is good. But don't stay during festival season as the noise from the firecrackers really make sure can not sleep at night!

Spacious and new. No wardrobe and no tissue has been provided. The bed and pillow is comfortable .

The location is very convenient, near to train station, food street & message shops. The hotel message shop was also worth the price. Would definitely go back to the hotel if I ever going back to KL again.
