The location is convenient, being close to Pantai Cenang, restaurants, shops, and only a short drive from Langkawi International Airport. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with many offering beautiful ocean views. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well-designed, and the overall cleanliness of the resort is excellent. One of the highlights is the resort’s facilities. There are multiple swimming pools, including an adults-only infinity pool with breathtaking sea views and a fun water play area for children. Families will appreciate the kids’ club, indoor playroom, and playground, while couples can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and beachfront sunsets. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of local and international dishes, and the beachfront dining experience is memorable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making guests feel welcomed throughout their stay"

Special thanks to Amalia from the Italian Restaurant, Sabrina from Ginger Fire, and Jannah from Halia for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. The location is gorgeous, and the ocean views from our room were genuinely breathtaking. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Two areas of feedback for the hotel team to consider: the water pressure on the bidet sprayer was very weak, and the room fan produces quite a bit of noise when in use. Neither issue spoiled our stay, and we would recommend the Westin to anyone visiting Langkawi. The staff were outstanding!"

"I recently stayed at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Langkawi International Airport and only around 5 minutes away from the popular Pantai Cenang area, making it convenient while still being away from the busy crowds. Check-in was smooth and fast, and there is plenty of parking available for guests. I would highly recommend renting a car when staying here as it makes exploring the island much easier. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. One thing that stood out was the bathroom, which was surprisingly large compared to most hotels. The hotel facilities are excellent too. There is a nice swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a kids' playroom on the third floor, making it suitable for both couples and families. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. There was a good variety of food, including both local Malaysian dishes and Western options, so there was something for everyone. On the ground floor, there is a Starbucks for coffee lovers, as well as the hotel's bar and lounge where guests can relax in the evening. A pool table is also available for those looking for some entertainment. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, Pantai Tengah is only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel even provides a complimentary buggy service to take guests there. Personally, I preferred Pantai Tengah over Pantai Cenang because it is much less crowded, quieter, and more relaxing. It is a great place to enjoy the beach, especially if you want to avoid the busy tourist crowds. Overall, Aloft Langkawi offers a great combination of comfort, modern facilities, good food, and a convenient location. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Langkawi, whether for a family holiday, a couple's getaway, or a relaxing staycation."

We are highly impressed that PR (CR) manger who helps us solve some issues happened at our room, and make us comfortable. The female receptionists are always smiling. But we have to mention that the resort can be improved to meet the royal guests demands on the room amenities like enhance room cleanliness ( such as bed sheets and toilet sink); besides, water heater should be repaired to maintain the constant water temperature and water pressure; renew the facilities. In the meanwhile, enhance the recruit new staffs and provide necessary training and education. Thanks all for your compliment gifts and service."

Having the beach at our doorstep was a huge bonus and the pool was also lovely. Staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast spread was so hearty and delicious. It’s definitely a hotel that we will go back to again and again!"
