Excellent unique 5-star hotel in Cagliari. New hotel with large and well furnished rooms. Great bed and cleanliness. The hotel is undoubtedly the best in town and also boasts an excellent restaurant. In the square there is also an excellent pizzeria. Complete the breakfast and the overall good service and partly carried out by very young guys with a great desire to do. Certainly in returning to Cagliari I would repeat the experience. Excellent quality-price relation.

Great hotel despite the shortage of staff. Good 30 min walk into town which wouldn't be suitable for some. Very modern. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of gel and staff in masks. Nice outside area. Big modern room with good sound proofing, fridge, safe, good supply of power points, good lighting and lots of mirrors! Black out curtains. Good a/c, very quiet. Comfy bed. Good bathroom with a big bath with removable shower head. Group meal was slow and main course wasn't hot. That's our only complaint and it's probably due to the staff shortage which is worldwide problem in hospitality. We stayed as part of an organised tour. People travelling as individual couples may not notice the service issues but we did have to wait for bar service when there as a couple too.

We went to the city to spend a pleasant weekend, and for the occasion we chose Laura's B&B, after having seen the photos but above all after having talked to us (via whatsapp) and proved to be a real professional, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Desk and fridge bar, TV, large box, pick-up bag, phone, towels and soap. The ninth floor is a large veranda, partly open with so much green around, and the other side closed with glasses where you can make a beautiful quiet breakfast. The products are fresh, but the pasta that Laura makes are even more. Cappuccino and\o coffee, orange juice and water ..... In other words, there is the embarrassment of the choice. The structure offers, among many services, electric bike excursions in the ancient area, or searching for magnificent pink phenicoptere, very present in the area. We will return to December, in the Christmas period. Advised to families, young people .......a all

Wow! Villa hotel fanny must be one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in lots over the years including many 5 stars. On arrival our room was not ready but the staff did all they could to accommodate us, our room exceeded expectations and the breakfast were superb - such a relaxing setting to sit and enjoy before heading out for the day. The Staff really make this place, they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is up there amongst the best. They made several recommendations for dinner, all of which were within a 5 minute walk - you always know its a good one when it is frequented by the locals. The location, the venue, the Staff, Cagliari itself you were superb and we have already booked our return stay!

In general the hotel is fine, the beds somewhat douche, the worst thing is that the air conditioning is centralized and cannot be turned off, it was quite strong and hit us directly on the bed, they would have to have the possibility of being able to close the door of the / c. The staff was friendly at all times.
