We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and did a great job of looking after us throughout the entire week. There was one staff member in particular who served breakfast every morning he was amazing very hard working and always kept busy (like all the staff members) all very hard working. The 3 girls on reception was so so kind and helpful- The photos online look exactly how they do in person! The breakfast was among one of the best we have had at any hotel- It was great you select what you would like with a great range of things to choose from and we’re you would like to eat the next morning either your room or on the roof top overlooking the caldera view etc, the cocktails were great, the facilities are great and the location and view are literally out of this world. The first few nights we stayed in the junior suite with outdoor heated jacuzzi. We were then upgraded to the Deluxe Suite Outdoor Hot Tub & Panoramic View - WOW. The views from the room was absolutely amazing. We then got upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite Indoor Hot Tub for our final night - the hot tub over looked the caldera view when we opened the window which was lovely to lie in and look at the view all lit up at night! - The manager Liz I think her name may have been was absolutely wonderful - Our first time in Santorini and she made is so special for us giving us the most amazing upgraded rooms. The pool was amazing and views all day was breathtaking- I would give this hotel 10/10 for service, location,cleanliness, kindness and staff. Just WOW best hotel I have ever stayed in will definitely be back!!

The hotel is so beautiful and the location is great. The entrance is the net celebrity mama restaurant. It’s invincible when you go out. The sea view is fixed with courtyard-style kelp. There is a small terrace nearby. We rent a car. It’s very convenient to go there. Free breakfast with about 5.6 kinds of set meal of your own choice, stress-free and delicious

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

The location is conveniently located near the downtown area. You will need to climb the stairs, so be careful if you are carrying a suitcase. There was no hot water, and the room smelled of cigarettes (maybe smoke came in through the window). There are no amenities such as water or cotton, but considering the location and price, it is reasonable.

On Santorini we chose two hotels, one in oia and one in this at fira. This hotel is newly opened. The environment and facilities inside the hotel should be regarded as the best on the island. The location is also very close to the center of fira! Hotel orders are higher than the consumer price on the island, the price is not high! In short, it is a great hotel!

100% would return to this hotel, the boys super careful, let us keep our bags and put us in the pool to make time to go

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

I've just been at the hotel with my husband for a 5-day stay and we loved our time at loucas. The employees were very kind, we are thankful for everything, we extremely recommend the hotel for the view, location and the friendliness of the people who work there. Aline and Eduardo from Brazil

The hostel is in an amazing location close to the main tourist area and bus stops for transportation. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was definitely a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the AC worked well, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms (in our private suite), which had a strong smell of mold that made it difficult to use them comfortably. Also, I have to say that the owners/workers were the unfriendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. They seemed disinterested (and out right hostile at some points) whenever we asked questions about the hostel or Santorini.
