Eden Platinum Hotel

I booked a family-themed hotel room, but when I arrived, I felt the hotel's style didn't really match the family theme I was expecting. It felt too empty and spacious. The lobby was very tall and old, with no real character or features, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. It definitely needs a renovation and upgrade. The service was pretty good; they responded promptly and quickly to all my requests. However, having to go downstairs to pick up fast food was a bit inconvenient. Walking downstairs at night, the hallway felt quite dark and quiet, almost a little creepy.

The room was great, clean and hygienic. Check-in was very smooth, and it's super close to the station, so transportation is very convenient. The full-length mirror in the room is perfect for photos. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

Everything else was fine, but the rooms facing the high-speed rail station were very noisy. The sounds of trains and cars were quite noticeable, even with the windows tightly shut. It really affected my sleep.
