They need to be more active with the request of room service

It's a good experience

To start off was given a key to a room that already had a family in there. That was really embarrassing for both parties. there was no hot water in the shower the shower glass door inside handle was broken couldn’t close it. No shower gel limited amount of soap given. The rod handle inside the shower was wonky. Overall not a good experience

Its not Emaar Grand its one of the sister hotel Emaar AndaIusia hotel went for Umrah for 1 week in mecca the hotel is jn great location with all the local amenities its about 10 min walk to mecca however very congested amazing experience hotel staff were on point staff were great nice clean hotel

It's a shame the owners know exactly what the issues are with their hotel but because they enjoy high occupancy there is no incentive for them to improve anything. Where do I start? The position of the toilet 3 cm from the wall, the shower that floods the bathroom floor, the staff who smile, say "2 minutes" to everything but are utterly untrained for their role. The reception staff who send you to the wrong building and then just shrug their soldiers. Tatty rooms, noisy aircon. But the sheets were clean and mattress comfortable Thankfully we only used the room to sleep and shower for a short time. We were in Makkah Sharif so it feels wrong to complain but the owners and hotel operators are providing a below average service. This would not not be tolerated anywhere else in the World. Saudis are supposed to be good hosts but they have a long way to go.

Clean, spacious for 3 people. We had 2 rooms, 1 with 3 and another with 4 people. Air con worked, shower draining could be better but its nothing horrendous. We paid £60 ish each for 3 nights. The reception area has a lot of flies, but to be honest you are in Mecca. The room was only used for toilet, shower and sleep. My only requirement was cleanliness and room met that easily. Staff were fine, room cleaners came everyday. Main gripe was that hotel is not 800m from haram, its a good 20 minute walk at fast pace. Anyone with family pay the extra and get a hotel closer to haram

Where shall I start... My room was only cleaned once in 7 days. I changed rooms and was as worse as before. Toilets were unacceptable with flies everywhere and drainage blocked. The smell was unbearable. The shower cubicle was right next to the toilet woth no room to manoeuvre. The Safe didn't work so security was diabolical The bed was uncomfortable and sheets weren't changes in seven days even after requested. Staff were not helpful with my plight as complained numerous times and was ignored. There were other couples complaining about service and hotel room. Abhorent smell coming out of the fridge WiFi connection didn't work for 7 days. Lifts were out of order for most of the time. Unable to phone Helpdesk as phone out of order Avoid like the plague!!!

Too far from Haram, did not actually give us toilet paper after we requested some. That’s the only bad points. Overall good.
