"Was greeted by friendly staffs. Not much were needed here. So can’t really comment much on customer service. Location is quite convenient and about 15-20min car ride to IFS aka chunxi rd.
Room is very clean and spacious and even had a foot soak tub with tea bag which is a plus point especially after all that walking. Water pressure is good. No water leakage outside the shower room after showering. Room smells good as well. Highly recommended."

"Excellent! Room is so clean and comfy. I like layout of the room, which toilet and bathroom are seperated and bedroom/bed is isolated to those. The location is so convenient, less than five minutes walk to the Tianfu Square subway and there is 24/7 minimart at the first floor. Furthermore, all staff is so friendly and helpful, especially 11 77 66. They provide the excellent service. I will defenitely come back to this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Chengdu."

"I really enjoyed my stay here—it’s my second time returning. The room is very comfortable, and I especially appreciate the 洛神花茶offered by the front desk, which is freshly brewed each day and tastes wonderful. The staff are always patient and helpful in answering my questions.
The bathroom is well-designed, with a dry and wet separation and an open-style washstand. Housekeeping service is attentive and thorough. YYH (AZ, USA)Power Stone Hotel (璞石酒店）is conveniently located near the famous 宽窄巷子，and subway stations are within walking distance. The room is quite spacious and clean, breakfast is superb with many choices. Room lighting system is very modern. You can also store your luggage in the hotel after checking out and pick it up another day when you return to the same area,, which is very convenient for tourists. Highly recommended.

The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

JJackie travelI arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small.
we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind .
anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭
Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here .
The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor .
I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room.
she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help.
I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town .
I really like this place .
Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities.
It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL .
WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT?
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!!
AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET .
I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE .
THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST .
IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!!

We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned .
we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way .
I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price .
Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own).
The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately.
All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors.
Since we love the stay so much and we love the city.
we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature .
so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full.
You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual.
All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location with a pleasant environment, conveniently close to Metro Line 6. The entrance even features a revolving door. Check-in was exceptionally thoughtful; they offered hot tea and processed everything smoothly. They even went the extra mile to help me with my luggage to the elevator, which was incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. Housekeeping staff were always available in the corridors, ready to assist with any request. I was absolutely delighted with my first hotel stay in Chengdu. I'm heading to Jiuzhaigou today, and I sincerely hope they'll have a room available when I return, as I would definitely choose to stay here again.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

HhungrybabydinoWe stayed at this hotel just a few days ago. I had left a review with some constructive feedback and am shocked that the staff immediately took action on my review, with things that they improved upon. They checked if we required extra towels, extra water etc and told us to call down anytime we needed anything.
However, perhaps due to the high humidity and the room not being very well ventilated, there were some small dust mites. We also noticed some stains here and there on the cabinets and platforms but they were not noticeable and could be cleaned away. This was a different room from our previous nights, to be clear. However, the layout of this room was much better and appeared to be larger than the previous 2 nights.
I'd like to give a shout out to the receptionist and security guard who did extremely long shifts and were a constant face in our trip.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and, impressively, they all speak English. Daily breakfast and coffee are included, and staying for two days was absolutely wonderful. I would genuinely stay here every day if I weren't so short on cash and out of loyalty points! 😭 The courtyard is incredibly comfortable for relaxing, and even a sudden evening rain made for a cozy atmosphere. MMOLALINThe room is very good. The ground floor has a bathroom and living room, and the second floor has a bedroom. There's also a washing machine in the room.
I really like this place. It's near shopping malls/supermarkets/restaurants/bars (highly recommended, lots of bars and cultural spots), and only 2-3 kilometers from IFS and Taiguli. You can take the MRT right in front of the hotel.

It's really the best hotel I've ever stayed in! !
The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet in the middle of a busy city!

On the first day, I felt that the room was too hot. Before checking in the next day, I contacted us about the check-in time and kept the room cool in advance. This time, my companion caught a cold. We asked about his concern and helped him to cook ginger soup.
In addition, the two masters in the concierge department are very polite and greet people with a smile.
One of them, Timwang (Wang Bing), was speechless..

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
