Someone was assigned to assist me even before check-in, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the high-quality and professional service from the front desk staff. Although it's an older hotel, the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with incredibly comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff are warm, polite, and always quick to meet my needs. The food is also delicious and varied. Breakfast options were also satisfying. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with all necessary facilities nearby. It's just a five-minute walk to Tianfu Square, Chengdu Museum, and Tianfu Hong Mall, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My stay here was absolutely excellent – highly, highly recommended!"

"Fast check in, provided us 2 cards. Although this is not a new hotel but i am still happy with the condition, it is clean, service good, very understanding and coperative staffs. The 2 days of my booking i am not able to have my breakfast due to my day tour pickup time are too early, they provide us some simple take away breakfast, this is awesome, thumbs up! The only problem which i noticed is the toilet door stopper, i have kicked it few times, in my opinion, i think that door no need to have the stopper."

"I've stayed at Jinjiang Hotel many times over the years. The rooms used to be pretty good, and I even stayed in the VIP building with a big balcony. But honestly, each subsequent stay has felt worse than the last, and this time really shattered my expectations. The room was genuinely awful; the paint was peeling off the walls, and the dampness was very noticeable. To top it off, when the robot delivered my takeout, it opened up to someone else's leftover seafood garbage. Another infuriating thing was the noise. It was incredibly loud in the morning; there was renovation noise from around 8 to just before 9 AM, which was extremely disruptive. We had checked in quite late already, and then we were woken up by the noise."
