"I came to Chengdu with my friends and found this hotel on Ctrip. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. We stayed in a deluxe king-size room. The room was very clean, with windows for ventilation, good air, and complete disposable supplies. Every day, there was an auntie who cleaned the room. The auntie was also very enthusiastic. When we asked about the washing machine, she took the initiative to take us there. The hotel is near the subway station and the transportation is very convenient."

"I came to Chengdu with my parents and children for 4 days and stayed in this hotel. I can only say that this is the right choice. Mercure Jinniu Wanda Plaza is simply great. There are several shopping malls around the hotel, and it is not far from the subway station. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. I especially want to praise the service of the housekeepers Xiao Yang and Xiao Yu. Not only did they recommend delicious restaurants around the hotel, but they also solved any needs immediately, which was very considerate. There is a parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. I will stay here again next time I come to Chengdu. I highly recommend it!"

"The price-performance ratio is very high during the Spring Festival. The price is not inflated. The reception is warm. The free drinks and snacks are more than expected. It is not forced to give a good review, which is very comfortable. At first, I thought I left my glasses in the hotel. I called the front desk to register carefully. The room confirmed and called back. They said they didn’t find it. In fact, it was left on the tour bus. Finally, I arrived early. In the evening, they called to ask if I found the things! Very caring. The hotel is close to the meeting point for the one-day tour. It is highly recommended."

"It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is convenient. The intersection is also very quiet, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very considerate. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and hot water is very convenient. The room is small but there is a small refrigerator, and central air conditioning, which is very convenient to use. "We booked the room with the hot spring tub and it was spacious and comfortable! Hotel staff were extremely helpful - from handling our luggages (two huge ones), providing food recommendations and early check out request due to our day trip out of Chengdu! They also provided snacks for us to bring for our day trip to the mountains. We felt really welcome from day 1 of our stay till the end. Saw some reviews about room cleanliness and noises from outside due to thin walls, I mean…it’s an old courtyard converted into a hotel, so do expect some aspect of heritage left behind as part of the vibe! It’s a great escape from the bustling city, forces you to be quiet and zen. Come experience it yourself."

"So many good things abt this hotel. All the basic cleanliness, hairdryer, fridge, toiletries all there. Wifi is good. Bed is comfortable. Location abit off the main streets but is quiet at night. Smart hotel room with different light settings and indication of privacy or room tidy up. Have to mention that room cleaning is very thorough and efficient 👍 Aircon is not strong though. Very nice citrus fragrance in shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Thick fluffy towels. Free coffee available in lobby. Has a cute robot walking ard saying excuse me excuse me 😂 Will come back again if possible."

"We have overall pleasant during our stay. Easy check in at reception with welcome juice drink .receptionist helpful and promptly attended. The room are well decor elegant chinese retro theme and cosy comfort feel .the room floor carpeted . Bed set and linen sheet are soft and comfortable well sleep .wait us with welcome local dessert water drink in room .for wash room and bath are well layout.Provide shampoo and body soap generous .towel bath good quality. Aircon cool are work well once you switch on low speed .check out at 2 pm .give us amble time do our morning and shopping at near mall .location hotel very good surrounded with mall and street drink and food .we discovery wholesale and poultry and seafood all kind type fish ,oyster etc. First and second floor sell exotic mushrooms and chilli spices all kind condiment .the busy and sound activities make us feel enjoying witness local shopping experience .we bought some big mushrooms 1 catties equal base China term local (500gm International weight ) for $45yuan .do ask price first before buy .walk from left side turn from hotel walk overbridge and walk straight 150 +meter approximately reach entrance E1 nearer exist to hotel from Subway Station Chunxi Road .Note tips !!!use Alipay open app Didi put location the hotel to pin point the map travel it useful while I get lost direction on my location .it also big help very useful when I get around in chine .lastly I thank for staff Gardan hotel .we really have,wonderfully during our stay .good service and hotel vibrant and convenient location."

"Cancelled the hotel reservation, specially came to Rongshe to experience. Originally, I wanted to find a comfortable bed. I didn't expect to get a courtyard, tea room, wine restaurant, and unforgettable food recommendations. There were a lot of surprises, thank the owner. It is especially good to be able to shuttle through the market and hear the Chengdu words in my ears, and return to my residence as if I were a local feeling of living here."
