Chengdu Heritage Hotel (Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road)
"The room is very beautiful with the bath pool that soaks to my chest level and I am 175cm. They have very good service both on wechat and the way they prepared the rooms for us. For the bath pool they were considerate to provide a plastic sheet in case guests are mindful about cleanliness. There are also free tea service and many food recommendations that the hotel gave for us to try the chengdu cuisines"
IntercityHotel Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley
"A very satisfying stay. The front desk staff provided excellent service, even giving me a Häagen-Dazs ice cream scoop, which was delicious. The hotel breakfast was great, especially the Dan Dan noodles, and the coffee was good too. The hotel is close to Kuanzhai Alley, within walking distance. The hotel laundry room was also very good, clean and convenient."
Mumian Chengdu, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
"The room exceeded expectations, offering a fantastic view. The public areas are incredibly well-designed, and the Sichuan-style aesthetics are truly refreshing. Upon arrival, we had to take an elevator to the lobby for check-in. During the process, the front desk staff, Cindy, kindly upgraded our room and thoroughly explained all the guest privileges. Both the hotel and Cindy deserve high praise! I will definitely stay at Kapok Hotel again."
Mehood Elegant Hotel (Chengdu Wenshu Temple Chunxi Road Store)
"I've stayed here several times now, and it's always a very comfortable experience. The hotel is on a high floor, and the city night view is truly stunning. The room facilities are great, and the bedding is so comfortable that I always get a good night's sleep. The breakfast is delicious, and they even offer complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The staff are all very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!"
Jinjiang Hotel
"The environment was nice, but the bathtub was quite old and the shower was inside it. There were no disposable bathtub liners, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was great, and the price was excellent too."
Atour S Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li
"This atour is most perfectly located. It was an easy 15min didi from the high speed rail line, but we could have easily taken the metro line. The pickup and drop off location was easily accessible. We organised didis for a few day trips and drivers had no issues navigating to us. Everything in the room was comfortable and clean. Laundry room very convenient. The local taikoo li high end shopping mall was convenient and the neighbourhood is a unique charm of modern and old. There is a Michelin restaurant right next to the hotel. It was also a quick and short walk to the riverside area which was bustling and alive in the afternoon and at night. Chunxi road was also an amazing place, but this speaks more to the charm of chengdu itself. I wish we had stayed longer and we will definitely return here and probably stay here again."
Sungold Designer Hotel (Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, Chengdu)
"Our night there was really nice! The hotel and the stuff are very kind."
Celebrity City Hotel
"This is an older five-star hotel right by Tianfu Square, and because of that, the room amenities definitely show their age. Also, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough; there was visible dust in many places. The staff service was decent though; check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient."
Luxe·Eastern Joy Suites Hotel
"It was nice and cozy to stay in a big home with family overseas. Delivery via ******* was also convenient as riders can come all the way up to the unit."
Monkey king hotel (huaguoshan)
"Great hotel with a very clean room and an excellent location. Friendly staff and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
Novotel ChengDu Chunxi Road
"Novotel Chunxi Road is in a perfect location in the city centre. Staff were very attentive to our requests and happily introduced the hotel’s ongoing breakfast promotion as soon as we checked in. How we enjoyed the western food options and Chengdu local breakfast varieties! Yum yum! Must mention the view from the dining hall overlooking the city is stunning! Room was spotless and the hairdryer was small and powerful, which provided much efficiency if you are on the go to sightsee the beautiful Chengdu! Mr Huang Xin from the customer service team helped courier our forgotten items to us, we could not thank him enough. Highly recommend this hotel!"
CD YUENCHI
"Had an amazing time staff were very friendly especially Gina Fu whowas very helpful with bags and checkout. Thank you very much for a great stay!!"
Lia! By Minyoun Chengdu Rezen Hotel (Chunxi Taikoo Li Store)
"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in. Within 30 minutes of arrival, I went up to the 29th floor to redeem the afternoon tea set included in my booking. The moment I entered, the reception staff on that floor was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told that I would not be receiving the afternoon tea set as shown in the photos because those images were apparently taken two years ago. During my visit, there was also a group of guests smoking in the area, despite multiple “No Smoking” signs clearly displayed throughout the venue. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that the signs had been there for a long time and that this area did not need to follow the rules because it is considered a public space, so smoking was allowed. What made this even more unacceptable is that there is already a new law prohibiting smoking inside buildings starting from early May, yet the hotel staff completely ignored it and showed no concern at all. This was extremely frustrating for me because I am allergic to cigarette smoke and found the smell overwhelming. I informed them that I could not stay there and would prefer to take the tea back to my room instead. The staff then carelessly tossed a bag of snacks toward me and handed me some basic tea bags in a very dismissive manner. What made the situation even worse was that the smoking guests showed absolutely no consideration for others. After I reported the issue to the lobby downstairs, the group quickly came down and hurriedly left the hotel shortly afterward. To be fair, the breakfast staff were welcoming and professional, and the hotel did eventually offer complimentary compensation as a gesture of responsibility. However, that still does not make up for the frustration and discomfort I experienced. The hotel staff also asked me not to leave a negative review and even offered to send items to the airport for me. Ironically, airport delivery was already included in my room package — I simply chose not to use it. For anyone considering staying here, please think carefully and do not blindly trust all of the benefits and packages being advertised."
Wanda Reign Chengdu
"The room layout was absolutely perfect! The children's bed was also super soft. The Executive Lounge had a rich and delicious selection of food. As for facilities, they were simply flawless, even including a massage chair. The service was very warm and welcoming. The location was great, and the overall decor was very luxurious."
Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Chengdu
"The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the toiletries were provided. Kiki's service was friendly and responsive. The location was easy to find and convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."
Hanshi Hotel (Chengdu Jinli Wuhou Temple)
"Facilities are complete, hygiene is clean, and the restaurant service is AMAZING! Big thanks to Ding ding,Mai ni, Nin ta the best ! : D"
ChanYinShiYaBieYuanHotel
A Chan-Buddhism-inspired boutique hotel near Wenshu Monastery — tea rituals, sutra copying, and a healthy Sichuan menu, just 3 minutes from the metro (Line 1).
Benrat Hotel
"Cleanliness: very clean Air conditioner: when I lower down the temperature it feels like the aircon was off. But luckily it’s not getting hot during midnight so I assume it’s still on. Toilet bowl: flush immediately automatically when you stand up. Service was okay normal. Nearby a lot of eateries. Which is good and if you reach hotel late night, supper is very good at the nearby street. Didi was not able to reach hotel main door, so you need to roll you luggage for one alley distance to reach the hotel."
Jiali Hotel Select (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li)
"The only recommended points is the great location. Other than that, I would say the cleanliness is not that good and the actual room is totally different from what the photo shown."
Atour Hotel International Finance Center Chunxi Road Chengdu
Contemporary family retreat, featuring stylish suites, a quiet library lounge, and curated amenities for a comfortable city stay.
