Guest UserI've always wanted to visit Chengdu Haiquan Bay MGallery, and it definitely lives up to being my top choice for a private hot spring getaway near the city. The private hot spring in the villa courtyard draws from the natural Baima Yongquan spring, offering excellent privacy. The biggest bonus is the complete butler service. The front desk handover was seamless, and the butler thoughtfully noted my check-in preferences, preparing everything in advance. Their service was just right – attentive without being intrusive. The entire process was highly responsive, with all requests always handled properly. The elegant environment combined with meticulous service truly maximized the feeling of relaxation, leaving both my mind and body extremely refreshed. I genuinely recommend it and will definitely be returning.

NeikeqieawenzhongHere's my take on the stay:
**Cleanliness:** Very clean. You can tell by the amount of cleaning equipment the staff uses. I actually saw an attendant cleaning another room, and they did a great job. The bedding and bathroom were both up to standard.
**Environment:** It's near Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and the hotel is very quiet. Lying in bed with the window open, all you hear during the day is cicadas – the soundproofing is amazing! There are also two very cute, extroverted parrots in the lobby.
**Facilities:** I booked a room with a private hot spring. The bathroom has a direct door to the private hot spring, a design very similar to the Fufu hotel I stayed at in Nara, which I really liked – a thoughtful touch. The hotel's pool, while not huge, was genuinely clean.
**Service:** The hotel staff are very generous and accommodating, pretty much fulfilling every request. They all seem quite young, happy, and charming, not just going through the motions at work. I even saw the hotel manager checking food temperatures during breakfast, which was impressive! 👍

Xiaoxiaoxiaoying0409We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu Cross Point with our child, and the biggest highlight was the direct access to Cross Point Mall downstairs. It was incredibly convenient for entertaining our child, dining, and shopping, all without having to brave the elements. The hotel facilities are new, and the high-floor views are excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered authentic Sichuan snacks. The lobby even had a cute dog that entertained the kids. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making it a great value for families traveling with children. We were very satisfied!

My overall experience staying at this hotel was excellent; I was very satisfied with everything. The location is a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for catching a taxi, dining, and shopping. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Any issues I had were communicated and resolved comfortably. The room was spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, with stable and ample hot water. The air conditioning was quiet and effective at cooling the room. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's overall environment was fresh, and the facilities were well-maintained. The price was reasonable, offering great value for money – definitely no regrets. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short stays, providing a fantastic experience. I'll choose this place again next time and recommend it to anyone in need.

KKK-XJI stayed at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel in Chengdu and give it a five-star rating! I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, with a large staircase at the entrance, making it easy to find. The front desk staff were very quick with the check-in process and even granted a late check-out. Parking was also convenient, located in the hotel's basement, and it was free. The room was spotless, with a small living area and a well-thought-out layout separating the living and sleeping spaces. The King Koil bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was dry, odor-free, and featured a wet/dry separation. 🍬🍬🍬 The lighting and layout made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was quiet and peaceful at night, not noisy at all, allowing for an excellent night's rest. The lobby is bright and airy, adorned with many international art pieces, and there's a pink poodle at the entrance. 🍬🍬🍬 The breakfast was a buffet, with noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) cooked fresh to order. The breakfast restaurant environment was also quite pleasant, with good natural light. This hotel is perfect for both short trips and transit stays. The service is attentive, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The next time I'm in this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling for leisure or business.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and tidy, consistent with Marriott's usual quality. The mattress had just the right firmness. The room faced the Financial District's twin towers, offering an incredibly expansive view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the city's nightscape – it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

AviourThe room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

We stayed in a family room (the only one in the hotel so book fast!) and thoroughly loved our stay. It was so comfortable that we were happy to spend most of the day resting indoors after one major activity, looking out from the floor to ceiling windows. The suite itself is divided into a living room (with its own attached toilet) and a bedroom, and has a huge bathroom with claw footed bathtub. Also a separate wardrobe area useful for packing. Our family of 4 could sleep well with one extra bed. The kids loved the indoor slide and tent and the huge menagerie of soft toys - we even ordered one of the pandas to bring home.
More importantly, when one of our party was injured, the hotel came to the rescue really well. We really appreciated the initiative and kindness of our relationship manager Mr Xiong Tao who was in touch with us throughout the stay and endured the many updates from our ******* purchases through his mobile number. He and another colleague Mr Yan brought a wheelchair to the train station and took us to the hospital nearby - it is reassuring to know that the best orthopedic hospital is ten minutes away.
The hotel accommodated us with late check out and we were able to utilize our voucher for one of the lovely mahjong rooms downstairs to rest until our flight late at night. There was also a voucher for tea around a charcoal brazier outdoors, which featured delicious nuts, Chinese pastries and a panda butter cookie that my six year old is still hankering for. The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant was outstanding - great variety and well cooked. Everyone at the hotel was competent and kind - even the cleaning lady who stopped and went out of her way to help me with luggage. It was a truly wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Location wise, it's not inside a mall so we found the ******* app to be our best friend. Purchases are delivered immediately through a charming robot. Otherwise, the hotel is a quick Didi ride to many locations and we found it easy to access wherever we wanted to go.

Guest UserExcellent location. This time we booked a twin suite, and right downstairs are Tianfu Square and the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum.
The room decor and layout were very comfortable. We received welcome fruits, milk, and snacks.
Check-out time is at 2 PM.
The self-service washing machine and dryer are in a small cubicle within the gym. Laundry detergent pods are provided (they are inside the self-service drink vending machine in the gym; you need to scan a WeChat QR code to open it and take them for free).
Breakfast was decent, nothing special but fine.
At a daily rate of 850 during the summer, the gym felt a bit basic.
