5-Star Hotels in Chengdu

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

The hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

Our family stayed at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel for two nights during our trip to Chengdu. The service and environment were excellent, definitely a five-star rating! We contacted the front desk in advance about breakfast, and they were so patient, even giving us two complimentary breakfasts. On our second day, we had an early start, and they thoughtfully prepared portable breakfasts for us. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were always responsive to our needs. The room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The individually packaged toiletries gave us peace of mind. Getting a taxi was super convenient, right by the roadside. The cleaning staff were meticulous, cleaning our room on time, and communication with them was very smooth when we had requests. Overall, there were no disappointments; the environment was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting the city.

Overall a nice and clean hotel. Robotic food delivery makes ordering food from ******* super easy and convenient. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Wang Mingying (王明英) for her kindness and wonderful help during my week-long stay at voco Chengdu Chunxi Road. She is bubbly, full of energy and takes pride in her work. She kindly helped me wash, dry, and fold my clothes, ensuring I always had fresh, clean clothes throughout my stay. Her thoughtfulness solved a genuine challenge for me and made my stay so much more comfortable. I truly appreciate her care and dedication. Ms. Wang is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality and deserves special recognition for her outstanding service.

I was very satisfied with the room's view; the tower view was great. The location is also excellent, and the hotel's environment is nice. All areas were very clean, and the service was so meticulous that the butler even reminded me about the weather forecast for the day!

Coming to Chengdu with my child, choosing Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road was definitely the right decision. Initially, I just picked it for its great location – just across the street from IFS and Taikoo Li, making shopping and dining with the kid so convenient. But after staying three nights, what really impressed me were some unexpected little details. On check-in day, the front desk saw we had a child and proactively offered kids' slippers and a toothbrush. My child wouldn't let go of them and insisted on bringing them every time we went out for the next few days. Our room was on a high floor, and at night, when we drew back the curtains, the lights of Chunxi Road sprawled out below us. My child spent a long time gazing out the window. The bedding was indeed comfortable; I'm a light sleeper and was worried about the noise in the city center, but the soundproofing was better than expected, and our whole family slept soundly. Breakfast was on the 45th floor, and the view was incredible – we enjoyed the city skyline while eating. They had freshly made *chaoshou* (wontons) and *dandan* noodles. My husband had two bowls of the spicy *chaoshou*, saying it was even more authentic than some places outside. There's a self-service laundry room on the 28th floor, which is a lifesaver when traveling with kids as clothes get changed frequently. We could just throw them in to wash and dry at night and wear them the next day – this amenity is incredibly family-friendly. On check-out day, my child was a little sad to leave. The front desk lady smiled and high-fived him, telling him to come back and see the pandas next time. That one moment made me feel that this hotel isn't cold and impersonal; it truly has a human touch. Next time I come to Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here again.

The Xishang Hotel offers an amazing experience with attentive and prompt butler service. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and tastes authentic and delicious. The private hot spring is secluded and quiet, and the environment is tranquil and a great escape from the summer heat. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Location is good, not too far or near the hustle bustle. Self service laundry was good before our long journey to Tibet/ Xi Zhang, and thumbs up to hotel staff who hhelped to hang those clothes we left inside the dryer past times by less than half hour. This was my first time visiting Pengzhou, and I stumbled upon a hotel next to Longxing Temple that looked incredibly comfortable. I couldn't resist going in to take a look around. The front desk lady, Chengcheng, was very welcoming and took me directly to tour the guest rooms. I was immediately impressed when I walked in. The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view, directly facing the ancient pagoda of Longxing Temple. The scenery outside the window was incredibly calming. The facilities were quite new, and the toiletries were individually packaged with a unique fragrance. Outside the room, there was even a private soaking area. Taking a bath and enjoying the breeze in my free time really set the mood. It's also very close to Shuijie, so there's plenty to eat and do. The lady gave us recommendations for fun and delicious places nearby, which was really thoughtful. I'm not even from around here and was curious about other places, and the recommendations didn't disappoint. Thank you so much! I immediately booked a room online, and the overall stay experience was really great. The hotel's environment and hygiene were very well maintained, cleaned spotless, making me feel especially at ease. The breakfast selection was also rich, with Chinese pastries, porridge, and small dishes, all to my liking. Longxing Temple and the surrounding streets are just a few steps away, making the location super convenient. Choosing this accommodation for my trip to Pengzhou was definitely a great decision; it's quiet and pleasant. I'll consider staying here again next time I visit.
