The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and cozy, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining options were good, with a tasty breakfast and solid restaurant choices. With great amenities like a gym, pool and so on this hotel provides fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a night view room — the view was stunning. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Every request I made was handled promptly and professionally, which made the experience even better. I originally booked for two night but ended up extending for two more because I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

This is the first hotel that I genuinely would like to give a 5stars review. 1. front desk is very responsive and helpful with all our request including early check in, late check out etc. 2. They are very friendly and welcoming, offered us souvenirs when we reach the hotel and leaving the hotel. 3. They are very considerate, small little things like preparing tissue, sunblock, cooling pad and mosquito repellents beside front desk for travellers. 4. Location is super convenient right beside 太古里 and luxury brands. 5. Upgraded our rooms for our stay Will definitely recommend friends and family, and stay here for next trip.

It was a delightful stay staying at a hotel steeped in culture and history. It has a tranquil ambience ,just steps from the busy pedestrian street and tourists,like us, visiting Wenshu Monastary . We spent each night of our stay for 3days with a terrace at the main building sampling tea, munching on local snacks with local beer and visiting their accompanying bar,Lanyard, for whisky and sundowner cocktails. We even tried our hand at calligraphy and it was a hoot! The metro,exit K, isn't far and connects to Line 1 conveniently. The staff has been friendly, kudos to XiaoLi and Xiao Cong, so the hotel comes highly recommended. Take loads of peektures in a culturally-rich hotel

The Hotel is great. 5-star hotel by Wanda. The room is spacious, oriental-style room. It has a massage chair, big bathroom with a bathtube. The most important thing is the quietness from outside noises including ur neighbours. I think the room is very comfy and warm to our liking. This time my booking includes a breakfast that cost about 35usd for 2 person, which i thinks the food is ok. Nothing fancy. Has no wow factor for us. It s a standard 5-star breakfast buffet. I found no local breakfast delicacy. But i didnt expect too much as it is a 5star hotel catering to international guests. Overall, our stay was great.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is excellent value in the heart of the city center. Has a proper gym with serious equipment, much better than most hotel gyms. Didn't try the tea house or Chinese restaurant but both very appealing. Pool is in the basement, good to have this but not the most comfortable environment especially in summer. They should try a bit harder to enforce smoking areas and keep the gym area more clean/tidy. Overall still great value although a step below the newer 5 star hotels in the area.

Very nice layout of room with lovely design and excellent comfort. Customer service in the hotel can be improved; doormen can be more proactive in directing didi cars into the hotel driveway and assisting with luggages and concierge can be more responsive to reply to emails from upcoming staying hotels asking for assistance to book restaurant reservations. 

When I first came to Chengdu, I stayed at the VIP building of Jinjiang Hotel. I was glad that my choice was correct. The room is spacious, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is spacious, and the indoor lighting can be selected according to your needs. The bright setting makes you feel cheerful, which is quite different from the dim lighting of most hotels. The hygiene is spotless, there is no odor, and pure cotton towels are placed on the floor, which makes you feel comfortable even barefoot. There are not many options for food in the executive lounge, but it is just right for breakfast. The freshly baked bread is light and not too sweet, which is suitable for weight control. It is recommended to increase the supply of drinks such as milk and juice to avoid shortages during peak meal times. The overall feeling is beyond expectations. Jinjiang Hotel can represent Chengdu as the business card of this city. Next time I go to Chengdu, I will choose the VIP building of Jinjiang Hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel as right now is quite far from omotenashi concept it has. The hotel itself is newly built and has hands down great Japanese-style design of all public places. Rooms are also beautiful, despite very strange Japanese sockets instead of Chinese one ( the room has only 1 (!) local socket in bathroom). Why it was done - huge secret for me. Swimming pool is nice, but staff there cannot provide swimming caps smoothly, showers get easily clogged, though facilities are new. Reception process is also very hectic, especially on the check in stage - wait time for this number of people (very moderate at 23.00) was totally unacceptable for 5 star. The process itself was not smooth as well. Last points are the best and the worst parts of the hotel. The best is breakfast, which was very good both in terms of variety and quality of food. At the Nikko hotels level that I have stayed in Japan. Nothing bad to say about everything related to food. The worst part is location - as of May 2025 - it is simply construction site all around the hotel. It is hard to get to the hotel, hard to order taxi as it takes a lot of time to find a way to you. If you come via taxi, 3 out 4 times we were brought to the building next by and need to go through the underground parking to get to the hotel, as normal passage is blocked by construction. Just get across the street to the mall on the opposite side of the road is 1.5 km walking. So you are literally isolated from the rest of the city. I have booked this hotel due to May holidays peak prices and relative proximity to the area around Global trade center mall, but due to the road repairs it also have taken far more time than it should. All in all, may be if you want a hotel for a night to have a rest between you r long transfer flights and are not going into the city - it is ok option. Other than that - I would not recommend at this point of time.

It was a very good stay. The hotel is right in the park, with complete facilities and well maintained. The breakfast is rich and provided until 11 o'clock, which is as convenient as possible for guests. It is very thoughtful in all aspects. I would like to give special praise. We booked two rooms in total. Because the original guest of one room checked out late, we checked in one room late. For this, the front desk sister Kiki came to apologize. But I felt the professionalism and seriousness of the hotel management. The cleaning and inspection procedures are meticulous.
