Guest UserThe hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

Guest UserChoosing the Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road for my trip to Chengdu was an excellent decision, five stars all around!
First, let's talk about the location. It's right in the heart of the Chunxi Road area. Step downstairs, and you're in a bustling commercial district. IFS and Taikoo Li are within walking distance, and the subway is practically at your doorstep, making getting around incredibly efficient. The hotel facilities are very new, with smart features in the rooms, and the bedding is comfortable. There are many lounge areas on the first floor perfect for working, making it suitable for both business and leisure. The cleanliness is impeccable; every corner is neat and tidy, which made my stay very reassuring. The environment is a true oasis of calm amidst the bustling city, with old city views from the high-floor windows complementing the simple yet cozy interior.
I particularly want to praise the service – from the warm and efficient reception at the front desk, to the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff, and the thoughtful greetings from the restaurant personnel. Everyone had a genuine smile, and they responded to requests incredibly quickly, making me feel truly welcome. The chicken noodle soup for breakfast was authentic and delicious, and dining in the high-altitude restaurant was also a big plus.
To have such a high-value stay experience in the city center is truly rare. Whether for business travel or leisure, this is an excellent choice. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I won't hesitate – I'll be staying here again!

Guest UserThis was a truly satisfying stay, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's overall decor is incredibly stylish, with every detail from the lobby to the hallways and guest rooms exuding a sophisticated design aesthetic – modern luxury infused with a touch of vintage flair. The color palette is elegant, and the selection of light fixtures and decorative paintings is very tasteful. Every corner is picture-perfect, and my social media post immediately got tons of inquiries. The room itself was an even bigger surprise; it was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light and stunning city views. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – with a wonderful enveloping feel that allowed me to fully relax. I fell asleep quickly and slept soundly until morning, enjoying a better quality of sleep than I do at home. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the shower head provided strong, even water pressure, washing away all the day's fatigue. I especially want to commend the front desk staff ❄️🎉; check-in was incredibly efficient, and they provided service with a constant smile. They patiently answered all my questions and even proactively recommended local eateries and popular attractions, which made me feel very welcome. During check-out, they thoughtfully inquired about my stay, a level of attentive service that is truly rare. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services were impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city and will highly recommend it to friends. In short, this was a stay filled with a sense of well-being from the moment I walked in until I checked out, truly deserving of a five-star rating.

BingeshuaisileI came to Chengdu specifically to relax and unwind. After visiting Mount Qingcheng, I returned to the city the next day and booked the Hyatt Centric Chengdu on a whim. It turned out to be an unexpected delight throughout my stay.
I especially want to commend Xiaoyan and the several front desk ladies. Their service was friendly and professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and all my daily inquiries and requests were handled promptly and appropriately. They struck the perfect balance, avoiding unnecessary pleasantries and simply making me feel comfortable and at ease.
The hotel's overall style is young and fashionable, with an excellent aesthetic. The public areas and guest rooms are designed to be clean and sophisticated, never feeling overly flashy or noisy, which perfectly suited my vacation and relaxation mood. The entire process from check-in to check-out was very pleasant, making for a great stay. I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel when I visit Chengdu again!

Staying at Zen Yilongxing Hotel, nestled amidst its eaves and breezes, felt like stealing a moment of peace from the busy world. The hotel's environment and service were superb, especially Ms. Long En at the front desk.
Spring sunlight filtered through the intricate layers of eaves, falling gently on the turning pages of a book and illuminating the vibrant azaleas. Dressed simply, with hair half-tied, I found a serene encounter in the ancient temple's quietude – with words, with nature, and with the thousand-year-old pagoda's silhouette. The light and shadow beneath the eaves perfectly touched my shoulder, and the azaleas bloomed brilliantly nearby, yet they didn't disturb this tranquility in the slightest. My fingertips traced the pages, each word imbued with Zen. Even the wind seemed to slow, gently brushing through my hair, keeping all the clamor beyond the courtyard gate. I sat on a stone next to the bluestone slab, lush flowering trees behind me, and a Chinese-style courtyard with dark tiles and white walls in the distance. Sunlight, filtered through new leaves and branches, cast dappled shadows on the book. In this moment, time seemed to stretch, leaving only the rustle of turning pages and a profound clarity and calm within my heart. Leaning against the railing, behind me stood the Longxing Temple's millennium-old stupa, its golden pinnacle gleaming under the clear sky. The book in my hand remained open, my gaze fixed on the distance. The ancient temple's morning bells seemed to still echo in my ears, the Chinese courtyard's flying eaves were staggered, the vegetation lush. Between heaven and earth, there was only a sense of ease and freedom.
In this tranquil Zen courtyard, reading, admiring flowers, and gazing at the pagoda made life feel like a poem. It turns out the most healing moments are never found by rushing to distant lands, but by gently encountering oneself amidst the daily life of an ancient temple, finding inner peace and strength in every flower, every plant, every word, and every phrase.

AviourThe room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, close to Taikoo Li, IFS, and Wenshu Monastery. The Sichuan Science and Technology Museum is right next door. There are also many local Sichuan restaurants and hot pot places nearby.
The hotel breakfast on the 25th floor is incredibly rich, with specialty noodles, freshly squeezed juice, and freshly ground coffee. The cupcakes are highly recommended – they have a rich butter and egg flavor.
In the evening, we enjoyed champagne and delicious black truffle fries at the executive lounge.
Leon, the manager who checked us in, was incredibly patient and responsible. Knowing that our trip was all about local food, he recommended many dishes, and none of them disappointed. He even actively and enthusiastically helped us find local peppercorns and chili, which wasn't even part of his job! Many thanks again!!!!
