The hotel service was excellent, truly making us feel at home. The guided tour of Du Fu's Thatched Cottage provided by the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The guide was not only beautiful and kind but also incredibly knowledgeable, offering a very professional explanation that made the experience truly exceptional 🤙. On the day we arrived, I saw them cleaning the children's wading pool. I later found out it was because heavy rain the day before had made the pool quite dirty. As someone traveling with children, this meticulous attention to hygiene was a huge plus. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were also wonderful and very friendly. Unlike the stiff service you sometimes encounter at other hotels, they made us feel like family or friends. The hotel is also very close to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage and the Sichuan Museum, making it incredibly good value for money – surprisingly excellent!

Our hot spring trip was fantastic, with a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The butler's warm and thoughtful assistance made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The hotel's location is convenient, just an hour's drive from Chengdu, with easy parking. They also offer a shuttle service, and having parking spots in the villa area was very convenient, making travel hassle-free. We even received a complimentary afternoon tea. When the butler learned I would be arriving a bit late, they thoughtfully arranged to have it delivered to my room in advance and provided turn-down service, which was a very nice touch. Upon arrival, the staff meticulously explained the breakfast times, meal arrangements, and various entertainment options. The detailed and attentive service ensured we had a wonderful time. 😊

Choosing this hotel for our Chengdu trip was an excellent decision; the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the subway, which saved us a lot of time and effort getting to major attractions and food streets. Opting for the Chateau Louis Hotel as our leisure and vacation spot in Chengdu, my stay far exceeded all expectations. It felt like an immersive European estate experience right in the city. The hotel's architecture, inspired by the Palace of Fontainebleau, features sculpted walls, spiral staircases, a sycamore courtyard, and scenic fountains that all complement each other beautifully. The warm sunshine bathes the grounds during the day, while evening lights trace the castle's outline, making every corner perfect for atmospheric photos. The common areas are adorned with various art pieces, making a stroll through them feel like visiting an art gallery. The guest rooms boast high ceilings and a minimalist yet elegant French luxurious design. The smart home controls throughout the room were convenient and hassle-free. Equipped with a King Koil mattress and high-thread-count bedding, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The staff provided warm and efficient service, responding quickly to all requests. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, from baked goods to authentic Sichuan snacks. Despite its central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, with easy access to transportation. It's ideal for traveling with companions, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The room was spacious and tidy, consistent with Marriott's usual quality. The mattress had just the right firmness. The room faced the Financial District's twin towers, offering an incredibly expansive view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the city's nightscape – it was a fantastic experience!

Traveling for business this time, I was mainly in the east and, on a friend's recommendation, I tried the Hyatt Centric for the first time. First off, the location is excellent; it's just two stops on Line 2 from the East Railway Station directly to the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel service is fantastic; both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk staff on the seventh floor were warm and polite. The hotel even has a really well-behaved and adorable resident white West Highland Terrier! The hotel itself is very new and has a great artistic vibe. There are charming art pieces in the room that I found very appealing. The facilities are also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel first whenever I'm in Chengdu for work in the future.

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

The concierge at the entrance was so thoughtful; when we encountered a low barrier while he was showing us the way, he effortlessly picked up my child and carried them over. He truly seemed like a caring father. When we were leaving and resting in the lobby bar, a staff member from the front desk proactively came over and took a polaroid picture for us. The best hotel experience is feeling right at home, and they certainly achieved that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent and one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore Chengdu. Taikoo Li, several museums, and many other attractions are all within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western dishes with plenty of choices every morning. There was something for everyone in our family. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Mrs. Sunny Wang, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with every question and request, always with kindness, professionalism, and a warm smile. Her dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again on our next trip.
