"The loft-style apartment room was great for traveling with kids, and laundry facilities were super convenient. We also appreciated the butler service. The only downside was the lack of a hotel-style breakfast, but they offered a good selection of Chinese and Western breakfasts delivered to the room. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide breakfast for very early departures."

The hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and IFS, surrounded by a beautiful and pleasant environment. The hotel boasts high floors, with a restaurant and mahjong room on the 45th floor offering expansive views. The rooms are spotless, meticulously cleaned by the aunties, and returning to such a comfortable and cozy space after a day of sightseeing is truly delightful. Subway access is incredibly convenient, making it effortless to get around. This place not only provides easy transportation but also creates a warm and peaceful home-like atmosphere, offering a tranquil sanctuary amidst the bustling city.

After a long and tiring journey, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel, which felt like finding a harbor where I could truly relax. The furnishings were simple yet tasteful, and the warm lighting created a wonderful ambiance. The in-room mini-bar offered complimentary Coke, nuts, and biscuits, a truly thoughtful touch. The staff were humble and provided delicate, appropriate service, demonstrating excellent discretion. During my leisure time, I sat quietly in the room, listening to the peaceful surroundings, and my own mind followed suit. The hotel's twin-tower view room was incredibly spacious, and the night view from the room was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was very thoughtful, proactively assisting with late check-out requests. Everything was meticulous, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

This hotel offers a fantastic experience, a rare find with private hot spring facilities in Huashuiwan. The mountain environment is comfortable and perfect for escaping the summer heat. The in-room fresh air system works great, keeping the room quiet and pleasantly humid. The private hot springs are secluded and relaxing, making it ideal for family trips. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and it offers excellent value for money. It's my top choice for a getaway close to the city, highly recommended!

Spring's message in a vase, serene joy on the table. The warm yellow light spills over the wooden lattice, perfectly illuminating the azaleas in the celadon vase. Their vibrant pink petals, bathed in the soft glow, create a tender silhouette, imbuing this little corner with the full breath of spring. The pristine ceramic vases, with their graceful curves—some slender and elegant, others round and harmonious—create a delightful contrast with the blooming branches they hold. Each azalea sprig, angled perfectly in the vase, with green leaves supporting pink blossoms, unfurls its vitality in the play of light and shadow. It's as if an entire spring romance has been neatly encapsulated on this small tabletop. Beside it, a charming panda tea caddy, a Boshan censer standing quietly in a corner, and a book gently placed – every detail exudes the elegance and tranquility of Chinese Zen. In this bustling world, such a corner becomes a personal sanctuary for the spirit. There’s no need to trek to distant mountains; simply sitting at the table, watching the floral shadows sway in the vase, and inhaling the faint, delicate fragrance of the room is enough to soothe all weariness. Each flower, each vase, each vessel, each object—all are poetry and romance in everyday life. It turns out the most moving beauty is never far away, but right here in the ordinary moments of daily life. With flowers as a medium and vessels as companions, in this slowed-down time, one encounters a gentle self and transforms ordinary days into poetic masterpieces. This stay at Pengzhou Chanyi Longxing Courtyard was absolutely worth the price, and I'm grateful to the front desk lady, Long Yi, for her thoughtful service.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton was a delightful surprise. When housekeeping tidied the room, they thoughtfully placed my teddy bear next to the pillow. This small, playful gesture really showed how much care they put into their service. The staff who delivered items and set up the extra bed were always very polite. I particularly appreciated how they covered the wheels of the extra bed with a towel – a small detail that not only hid the unsightly wheels but also made me feel the bed was cleaner. Staff members also bid farewell politely when leaving the room, and the room itself was always spotless and tidy. Furthermore, the concierge service was excellent, like Harvey today. All these little things, though seemingly minor, highlight the well-trained staff and create a warm, comfortable experience through their attention to detail. It truly reinforces the idea that ”a five-star hotel isn't just about top-notch facilities – even if they're not the newest as time goes by, proper maintenance makes them comfortable. More importantly, it's about the service, a detailed experience you feel at every moment of your stay.” I will definitely choose the Ritz-Carlton again on my next visit to Chengdu. Just a small suggestion: the air freshener scent on the ground floor lobby and the 25th floor was a bit too strong. It was quite pungent immediately after stepping out of the elevator.
