I discovered this hotel on TikTok (Xiaohongshu) and realized it was part of the Huazhu Hotel Group when I arrived. A quick check later confirmed it's considered a mid-to-high-end standard. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! It felt like a five-star experience! The service was excellent, the environment was great, and the breakfast was unexpectedly varied and delicious – the chicken giblet noodles were amazing! On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, and the fridge in the room was complimentary. They also offer free laundry service for clothes, and food deliveries are brought straight to your room. The hotel even provides a photography service, with three free photos, and additional ones at a reasonable price. In short, I've already recommended it to many friends. Great value for money! A tranquil oasis in a bustling area!

Booked this hotel last minute after a late game of golf, and I was incredibly, incredibly impressed! **Environment:** Arrived at night, and the drive felt quite remote, down small lanes. I actually thought I'd taken a wrong turn or that the hotel wouldn't be great. But once I arrived, I was absolutely blown away! It was so quiet~ So comfortable~ It even had a private plunge pool~ Extremely peaceful at night, I really loved the ecological style here~ **Service:** Excellent **Facilities:** The room was fully equipped, and the welcome fruit was also a very nice touch.

Opting for the Chateau Louis Hotel as our leisure and vacation spot in Chengdu, my stay far exceeded all expectations. It felt like an immersive European estate experience right in the city. The hotel's architecture, inspired by the Palace of Fontainebleau, features sculpted walls, spiral staircases, a sycamore courtyard, and scenic fountains that all complement each other beautifully. The warm sunshine bathes the grounds during the day, while evening lights trace the castle's outline, making every corner perfect for atmospheric photos. The common areas are adorned with various art pieces, making a stroll through them feel like visiting an art gallery. The guest rooms boast high ceilings and a minimalist yet elegant French luxurious design. The smart home controls throughout the room were convenient and hassle-free. Equipped with a King Koil mattress and high-thread-count bedding, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The staff provided warm and efficient service, responding quickly to all requests. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, from baked goods to authentic Sichuan snacks. Despite its central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, with easy access to transportation. It's ideal for traveling with companions, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Emily, the hotel's customer service representative, was very thoughtful. She pre-arranged the room and fruit basket for me, making check-in quick and easy. The exterior views were also beautiful. The cleanliness and room conditions were up to Marriott's usual high standards. The executive lounge's happy hour service was also good. The only minor complaint would be the breakfast seating arrangement, which could be better coordinated.

I originally chose this hotel because it's only 3km from the city center, surrounded by upscale shopping areas, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. From the moment I checked in, the doorman downstairs helped with my luggage and patiently waited while I bought water, truly making me feel at home. The housekeeping staff are always fully uniformed and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. A special thanks goes to Andy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient when I returned late at night, explaining the menu, how to use the TV's screen mirroring, and the restaurant's location. He even patiently helped me search online for a Qingcheng Mountain day tour when I expressed interest. The hotel's restaurant also boasts very authentic Sichuan flavors. The service attitude, from top to bottom, is absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

This onsen hotel was absolutely wonderful. Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

Came back to stay again after a few days, and once again, a big thank you to Xiao Ai at the front desk for taking care of me! Knowing I had a cold, she specially had ginger tea sent to my room, which I'm incredibly grateful for!! It was my birthday, so I treated myself to a hotel stay to cheer myself up!

We stayed in a family room (the only one in the hotel so book fast!) and thoroughly loved our stay. It was so comfortable that we were happy to spend most of the day resting indoors after one major activity, looking out from the floor to ceiling windows. The suite itself is divided into a living room (with its own attached toilet) and a bedroom, and has a huge bathroom with claw footed bathtub. Also a separate wardrobe area useful for packing. Our family of 4 could sleep well with one extra bed. The kids loved the indoor slide and tent and the huge menagerie of soft toys - we even ordered one of the pandas to bring home. More importantly, when one of our party was injured, the hotel came to the rescue really well. We really appreciated the initiative and kindness of our relationship manager Mr Xiong Tao who was in touch with us throughout the stay and endured the many updates from our ******* purchases through his mobile number. He and another colleague Mr Yan brought a wheelchair to the train station and took us to the hospital nearby - it is reassuring to know that the best orthopedic hospital is ten minutes away. The hotel accommodated us with late check out and we were able to utilize our voucher for one of the lovely mahjong rooms downstairs to rest until our flight late at night. There was also a voucher for tea around a charcoal brazier outdoors, which featured delicious nuts, Chinese pastries and a panda butter cookie that my six year old is still hankering for. The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant was outstanding - great variety and well cooked. Everyone at the hotel was competent and kind - even the cleaning lady who stopped and went out of her way to help me with luggage. It was a truly wonderful stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Location wise, it's not inside a mall so we found the ******* app to be our best friend. Purchases are delivered immediately through a charming robot. Otherwise, the hotel is a quick Didi ride to many locations and we found it easy to access wherever we wanted to go.

I came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect. The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window. Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality. Traveling to Chengdu during the summer, the hotel I stayed at had an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. It's next to the subway and bus stops, making getting around super convenient. Visiting all the attractions was a breeze, which really lightened the load for us tourists. The hotel is surrounded by great amenities, with plenty of malls and restaurants, saving everyone a lot of time. The room was also very comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. In the morning, the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was clean, hygienic, and delicious. The service auntie was incredibly warm and hospitable, chatting friendly with guests. It was truly a delightful experience. Chengdu is a vibrant city with such warm service; both the city and the hotel are definitely worth a return visit!
