Guest UserA satisfying choice!
The hotel's location is great, very close to places like Taikoo Li. You can easily get around by subway, bus, or bike. The facilities are relatively new, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. The breakfast variety is decent, and they also offer some local specialties.
A special thanks to Lucky, who assisted me. Because we arrived early, Lucky coordinated for us to check in and rest sooner. On the day of check-in, it was very hot, and Lucky promptly brought us water, which was very thoughtful. The staff's service truly made for an excellent travel experience. Highly recommend!

KKK-XJI stayed at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel in Chengdu and give it a five-star rating! I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, with a large staircase at the entrance, making it easy to find. The front desk staff were very quick with the check-in process and even granted a late check-out. Parking was also convenient, located in the hotel's basement, and it was free. The room was spotless, with a small living area and a well-thought-out layout separating the living and sleeping spaces. The King Koil bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was dry, odor-free, and featured a wet/dry separation. 🍬🍬🍬 The lighting and layout made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was quiet and peaceful at night, not noisy at all, allowing for an excellent night's rest. The lobby is bright and airy, adorned with many international art pieces, and there's a pink poodle at the entrance. 🍬🍬🍬 The breakfast was a buffet, with noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) cooked fresh to order. The breakfast restaurant environment was also quite pleasant, with good natural light. This hotel is perfect for both short trips and transit stays. The service is attentive, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The next time I'm in this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling for leisure or business.

Piaoluo## Facilities:
1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa.
2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised.
3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling.
4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs.
## Hygiene:
The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there.
## Environment:
The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station.
## Service:
Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

Guest UserAbsolutely fantastic! I travel about 200 days a year for work and have stayed in countless hotels, but this one truly stands out for its value for money. The amenities are top-notch, from the kettle and coffee machine to the hairdryer – everything is high quality! But the real highlight is the breakfast. I had two bowls of the braised beef noodles; they were so delicious I almost cried! At that point, you don't even think about carbs – just don't miss them! Oh, and the shower was great too, with excellent water pressure and flow!

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

Stepping into Zen Retreat Longxing Courtyard, I was immediately enveloped by a sense of calm and tranquility. This mind-body healing journey far exceeded my expectations.
Nestled right beside the thousand-year-old Longxing Temple, I could gaze upon the majestic silhouette of the Sarira Pagoda from my window. In the mornings, I'd wake to the gentle tolling of the temple bells, and in the evenings, be lulled by the faint sound of evening drums. The temple's serenity and peacefulness seamlessly blended into my daily routine. The moment I entered the hotel, I was struck by the beautifully arranged West Sichuan-style courtyard with its grey tiles and white walls. The dry landscape garden, with its elegant and ethereal design, featured white sand representing water, dotted with artfully placed rocks creating a mountain-like ambiance. Small novice monk statues sat amidst it all, and as the light shifted, time itself seemed to slow down.
What surprised me most was the rich 'Ethereal One-Day Zen' experience. In the morning, I practiced the Eight-Section Brocade with a master, stretching both body and mind. In the afternoon, I copied the Heart Sutra in the tea room, the scent of ink dispelling any stray thoughts. I also had the chance to experience Song-style incense burning and make my own incense tablets, guided patiently by professional teachers – a truly immersive and ritualistic experience. The wooden-themed guest rooms were cozy and elegant, with soft, skin-friendly linen bedding and a subtle scent of sandalwood, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The service was incredibly warm and attentive. Staff member Longxi was enthusiastic and thoughtful, providing detailed guidance from check-in to recommendations for local attractions. Every detail showed genuine care. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including comforting and delicious Pengzhou-style noodles, alongside both Chinese and Western options to suit all preferences.
This place is an oasis of calm amidst the bustle, offering both the tranquil Zen atmosphere of an ancient temple and the convenience of local life. It's the perfect sanctuary to escape the everyday hustle and find inner peace. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet retreat. Come here for a Zen-inspired sojourn and experience the tranquility of time.

Guest UserThis hotel is easy to find, and its location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around by taxi. The lobby is bright, and the staff are very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door. It's not too far from attractions like Wenshu Monastery and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. However, the hotel is quite a distance from the nearest subway station.
