Me and my son are coming to this hotel for the 4th time since last August. It is my place of Harmony and Healing. Every corner of the hotel brings me joy, it is a pure art and satisfaction to all senses. They have 8pm sound healing meditation every day, and it relaxes me on the deepest level. They cook fresh dinner every day and I love Kung pao chicken the most. They offer variety of teas and I love it too. I stayed in each room category and all of them are spotless, amazing. All rooms have private onsen on the balcony. It is extremely satisfying to have a hot bath regardless of the time of the year. The hotel is getting very popular so make sure to book in advance. Very satisfied with my stay at the Waldorf Astoria Chengdu. Gorgeous high-floor night views of the Twin Towers, spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, and Aesop toiletries. The butler service was attentive, the breakfast was rich and varied, and it's located right above the Yintai Centre with easy access to taxis.

I frequently vacation at this hotel, and the overall experience is truly comfortable – it's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. The hotel ambiance is fantastic, with lush greenery throughout the grounds. Nestled by a mountain and a lake, walking around feels incredibly peaceful, a perfect escape from city noise, giving you that ultimate vacation vibe. Especially with the cooler weather these past couple of days, the gentle breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The room also had excellent natural light. A highlight here is the natural radon hot springs. There's a wide variety of pools, and the setting is serene. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed, and both the public pools and the private villa hot springs offer a great experience. The service is, of course, top-notch. Mia was very thoughtful, and the other staff members were mild-mannered and responded quite promptly. The breakfast selection is rich, featuring local specialty snacks, and the taste is excellent. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, perfect for strolls or just relaxing. All in all, it's suitable for both couples looking to unwind and families traveling together. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but for a vacation, it's perfectly acceptable. The overall hardware, environment, and service are all excellent, offering good value for money. I'll definitely be recommending it to more friends.

Five-star review! The Marriott Executive Apartments Chengdu is perfectly located, offering convenient access to the Financial City. The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning night views. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The gym and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive. The staff are professional and attentive. This is a top choice for both business and family travelers. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Pros: (1) Excellent location, right on Chunxi Road, with a direct shuttle service from the hotel to the Panda Base. (2) The staff were very friendly and even gave small gifts to the children. (3) The package deal offered great value for money. Cons: During my stay at the hotel, I constantly suffered from rhinitis and skin allergies. Both issues resolved immediately after checking out/changing hotels, suggesting that the room's cleanliness needs significant improvement.

My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Wenshu Monastery, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping with malls and a subway nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hot water supply was stable. The hotel staff were warm and polite, and the housekeeping team responded promptly to requests. The common areas were comfortable and well-maintained. The value for money was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit the area next time and will recommend it to my friends who travel. We had a very comfortable stay. They upgraded us for free from a twin room to a twin tatami room, and even had a rain shower, which was a great experience. The breakfast noodles were delicious and I really enjoyed them! The hotel's location is convenient for visiting all the attractions. Every morning, you can get a complimentary coffee from the hotel when you head out, and a drink when you return in the evening. There's also a super popular and delicious noodle shop right next to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu; it far exceeded my expectations!

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

An extraordinary place that made my birthday truly unforgettable! Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain is not simply a beautiful hotel, it is an absolutely sublime place and a destination in its own right. From the moment we arrived, I was completely captivated by the atmosphere. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, immersed in lush nature and surrounded by an extraordinary sense of peace and serenity. The architecture, gardens, water, vegetation and mountains seem to blend effortlessly together, creating an environment that feels secluded, intimate and almost magical. Every corner is beautiful, yet nothing feels artificial or excessive. Our room was wonderful, but what impressed me most was the feeling of the entire resort. There is something incredibly calming about being there, and after travelling through Sichuan it felt like entering another world. It is one of those rare hotels where you genuinely want to slow down and simply enjoy being there. I chose Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain for a very special occasion, my birthday, and I could not have wished for a more beautiful place to celebrate it. The entire team was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive and genuinely caring, and the thoughtfulness shown throughout our stay went far beyond our expectations. Every detail surrounding my birthday was handled with incredible care. The little surprises, the beautiful arrangements and the constant attention made the experience feel personal rather than simply luxurious. We felt looked after from beginning to end. This is what true luxury should feel like: an extraordinary setting, absolute tranquillity, attention to the smallest details and, above all, people who make you feel genuinely welcome. I leave with wonderful memories and enormous gratitude to the entire Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain team. The W Hotel Chengdu truly stands out among the many luxury hotels in the city. It's young, stylish, trendy, and full of vibrant energy – luxurious without being 'old money,' high-end yet incredibly chic. Every restaurant has its own unique background music, and every staff member radiates a youthful glow. The breakfast selection is quite rich, featuring handmade Dan Dan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), as well as pan-fried buns, all of which are delicious. They offer three different Haagen-Dazs ice cream flavors daily, and the rum raisin and macadamia nut flavors are particularly good. The bread offered at breakfast is also exceptionally tasty, with classics like almond croissants, floss bread, and muffin cupcakes. I want to extend a special thank you to the hotel's management and operations team for their professional, warm, and thoughtful service during my family's stay. This includes Front Office Manager Eaton, Style Director Polly, Assistant Front Office Manager Amber, Duty Manager Covey, Peter, and many other staff members whose names I didn't get to remember.
