Guest UserA truly thoughtful hotel. From the front desk to room service, and the restaurant, every aspect made us feel right at home. The service was attentive and warm, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the rooms were clean, bright, and well-designed. Initially, we only booked one night for two rooms, checking in late. To ensure we could stay on the same floor, the front desk upgraded us to a suite. We immediately decided to extend our stay for four nights. Our Chengdu trip was warm and pleasant, highly recommended!

I have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

Guest UserOur stay at the Pushi Hotel near Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley far exceeded our expectations, and a special thanks to the hotel's personal butler! Their responses were incredibly prompt, and any questions or requests were answered quickly, patiently, and thoroughly, making the service truly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the environment was elegant, and the location was super convenient for getting around. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The butler's meticulous and warm service added a lot to our family trip. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Chengdu!

Lvye122The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are tons of great food options like串串 (chuanchuan) and hotpot right behind it. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. All in all, it's a very convenient place to stay! However, the cleanliness on the first day wasn't great, but after we talked to them, it was very clean from the second day onwards. Overall, it's still pretty good, and I'd choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Guest UserThe first thing I would like to mention is the attentive and friendly staff: reception, at breakfast, room cleaning - everyone was kind, friendly and helpful in everything.
We got quick responses to our enquiries on Wechat - in the evening we asked about the use of appliances and a kind lady came and showed us how to use the washing machine and air conditioning.
The girl at reception (unfortunately I didn't remember the name, but it's a very nice girl with glasses) always answered any questions we had. Also, she even remembered our parcels from Taobao ordered to the hotel and when she saw us, she told us they had arrived. And then helped us unpack them. You could really feel the care in all the actions.
Next is a lovely big room with beautiful decor. The large round bed is cosy and soft and the bed linen is changed on request.
Good housekeeping. Every day we had towels changed and bottles of water replenished. In addition, we could always get extra water in the lobby. And noticing that we leave the room later, they did not disturb us early in the morning.
The room was quiet! Although there was one day when the tarmac was being laid at night outside with all the accompanying noise, but it really does not apply to the hotel.
The air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly. We were pleased with the presence of a mini washing machine (laundry detergent is available and replenished) and steamer in the room - such is not often met in hotels. The hairdryer had good sufficient power. Sockets are universal.
A bonus was a large mirror in the bathroom and a full-length mirror in the hall.
Also on one of the days we were unexpectedly brought a plate of fruit in the room, it was very nice!
The lift to the floors with hotel rooms is operated by guest cards, which guarantees more security.
To name things that could be improved, it is a bit dim lighting in the room. Also the tap in the bathroom sink was tight and seemed a little unreliable.
We had breakfast included - good, reasonably varied choice of food. The staff are friendly and keep a good eye on everything. They also remembered my preferences: I like to drink tea in the morning - and at one point they themselves came over and asked me if they could make me tea... so thoughtful!
There is also afternoon tea with desserts in the lobby.
Plus to the above, we like the location of the hotel - convenient, it's in an important central area with lots of shops, cafes, parks around, and metro stations close by.
The only thing is, if you're with multiple suitcases, consider that the path itself from the metro is nice but uneven and runs along knobbly tiles and crowded narrow sections.
Probably the best option with suitcases would be to take a taxi.
Our stay all week was excellent. This is a hotel we would love to return to. Thank you!

Guest UserWe stayed at their higher level 40 sqm suite paying HK$600/S$100 a night. There are many choices in Chengdu at this price point. The breakfast is acceptable for being included in the room price. PROs: The stunning view of the Anshun Bridge, the convenient location near Taikoo Li, lots of local food area. The bed we slept in was comfortable and aircon worked well, water pressure also good. The staff are very well trained to handle situations. CONs: The hotel is seriously showing its last renovation in 2019 age, the hotel shares other floors and same lifts with other commercial, residential tenants. See photos easiest to understand. I think this hotel is suitable for young travellers. We are a couple over 50.

The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. I booked two room types in total: a twin standard room and a family room. Perhaps due to the prime location, the twin room wasn't huge, but the family room was quite spacious and even had a small play area for kids. The breakfast spread was also very diverse. Plus, there are so many delicious snacks around Chunxi Road! I'd definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended!

Guest UserMy overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's unique services truly stood out, and combined with the attentive front desk staff and impeccable room cleanliness, it left an excellent impression. This place is definitely worth recommending.
The front desk service is a major highlight of the hotel's distinctive offerings. The staff were smiling throughout, handling check-in and check-out efficiently without any delays. They also proactively offered recommendations for authentic local cuisine and convenient transportation routes based on guests' needs, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. On the day of my check-in, I was rushing with my luggage, and a front desk attendant immediately came over to help carry it. She also kindly offered complimentary iced tea, roselle tea, and plum juice from the lobby, which instantly eased my travel fatigue. Room cleanliness is another one of the hotel's special services; the housekeeping team cleans with great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is strictly washed and sanitized, soft, clean, and odor-free, and the bathrooms are fresh and dry with no uncleaned corners. Every detail made for a reassuring and comfortable stay. The room's amenities, including the perfectly firm yet soft bedding, also reflect the hotel's thoughtful service. Paired with clean linens, I slept incredibly soundly, feeling right at home.
The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making getting around very convenient. In addition to the attentive front desk and room services, the hotel also offers a complimentary afternoon tea, with small snacks and drinks prepared every afternoon. Enjoying it in the lobby during leisure time was very pleasant. Although there was a minor issue (which I didn't specify in the original review), the specific and heartwarming special services more than made up for it, and the overall living experience was still top-notch. With its thoughtful and professional front desk service and meticulous hygiene, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. The next time I visit Chengdu, I will definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends who are traveling.

TaolibuyanhcxiazichengqiThe breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We received complimentary hot spring access and drinks at a high-altitude bar, and there were also free beverages in the room. We could enjoy views of the ancient town and mountains right from our room, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location is convenient, close to both the scenic area and the ancient town. I'll definitely come back again.
