The room's cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners and crevices were spotless. The hot water was consistent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. The breakfast was varied, with different dishes over my two-day stay. Although the hotel is located at a crossroads, the window insulation is very good. It's also very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the East Railway Station. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it suitable for both leisure travelers and those needing a temporary stay. I've already recommended it to my friends.

I have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

After comparing several hotels, I settled on this one and I wasn't disappointed. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and very efficient. The surrounding area is super convenient for food, drinks, and transportation. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I felt very secure and comfortable during my stay, and I highly recommend it.

This location is fantastic! It's less than a kilometer's walk to Kuanzhai Alley, and super close to major attractions like Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Sichuan Museum, Wenshu Monastery, and Jiuyan Bridge. It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel for a nap after a tiring morning of sightseeing and then head out again in the evening. The hotel is very smart and modern; if you have any issues, just call 'Xiao Shi'. They also offer free coffee and afternoon tea. It made for a very enjoyable two-day weekend trip!

I didn't have high expectations for a hotel room costing over 600 yuan, but my stay was surprisingly good. It's about a 30-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport to the hotel. The concierge service at the entrance was excellent. While it might not have the grand scale of a five-star hotel, the staff's service-mindedness was remarkable. They took both of our large suitcases and brought them directly to the front desk. Mina at check-in and housekeeper YY provided great service. The hotel offers robot delivery for food, and during peak times when the robots are busy, staff members will personally deliver orders to your room. The hotel is located in the bustling Chunxi Road area, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Despite being in a busy location, the window insulation was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room layout was well-designed with plenty of space to put things, so it never felt cramped. The cleanliness was also top-notch, with no hidden dirty corners. The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure. Overall, the hotel's service was very attentive.

This hotel is super close to popular spots like Kuanzhai Alley and Kuixing Street. There are tons of great food options and shops nearby, which I loved! 😋 I really liked the design of the Orange Hotel; the color scheme is quite charming. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were beautiful and kind, offering warm and attentive service with smiles that brightened my whole day. The room and bathroom designs were very tasteful, with a lovely vintage vibe. The amenities were excellent – a rain shower, smart toilet, and convenient sink. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was fresh and quiet, allowing me to get a fantastic night's sleep and shake off travel fatigue. I have to give a special shout-out to the large TV in the room. It has smart screen mirroring, and the sound quality of the speakers was outstanding – listening to music felt layered and立体 (three-dimensional) 👍👍👍. Finally, I really appreciated the thoughtful souvenir gift from the hotel 🎁. Thank you 🙏. I'll definitely choose the Orange Hotel brand again next time!

The first thing I would like to mention is the attentive and friendly staff: reception, at breakfast, room cleaning - everyone was kind, friendly and helpful in everything. We got quick responses to our enquiries on Wechat - in the evening we asked about the use of appliances and a kind lady came and showed us how to use the washing machine and air conditioning. The girl at reception (unfortunately I didn't remember the name, but it's a very nice girl with glasses) always answered any questions we had. Also, she even remembered our parcels from Taobao ordered to the hotel and when she saw us, she told us they had arrived. And then helped us unpack them. You could really feel the care in all the actions. Next is a lovely big room with beautiful decor. The large round bed is cosy and soft and the bed linen is changed on request. Good housekeeping. Every day we had towels changed and bottles of water replenished. In addition, we could always get extra water in the lobby. And noticing that we leave the room later, they did not disturb us early in the morning. The room was quiet! Although there was one day when the tarmac was being laid at night outside with all the accompanying noise, but it really does not apply to the hotel. The air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly. We were pleased with the presence of a mini washing machine (laundry detergent is available and replenished) and steamer in the room - such is not often met in hotels. The hairdryer had good sufficient power. Sockets are universal. A bonus was a large mirror in the bathroom and a full-length mirror in the hall. Also on one of the days we were unexpectedly brought a plate of fruit in the room, it was very nice! The lift to the floors with hotel rooms is operated by guest cards, which guarantees more security. To name things that could be improved, it is a bit dim lighting in the room. Also the tap in the bathroom sink was tight and seemed a little unreliable. We had breakfast included - good, reasonably varied choice of food. The staff are friendly and keep a good eye on everything. They also remembered my preferences: I like to drink tea in the morning - and at one point they themselves came over and asked me if they could make me tea... so thoughtful! There is also afternoon tea with desserts in the lobby. Plus to the above, we like the location of the hotel - convenient, it's in an important central area with lots of shops, cafes, parks around, and metro stations close by. The only thing is, if you're with multiple suitcases, consider that the path itself from the metro is nice but uneven and runs along knobbly tiles and crowded narrow sections. Probably the best option with suitcases would be to take a taxi. Our stay all week was excellent. This is a hotel we would love to return to. Thank you!

Had a great stay at the hotel. It's super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, providing easy access to Chengdu East Station via Lines 1 and 2. Taxis are also readily available, literally a minute or two walk from the hotel entrance, and you can reach Tianfu Square in no time. Very nice hotel to stay for family vacation. 5-8 mins walk to Chun Xi Road. Lots of food option to choose near the hotel. The hotel buffet breakfast is nice with lots of variety to choose from. The hotel laundry service is excellent and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are 5 dryers on top of 5 washing machines which is very convenient. Highly recommended for all travellers whose would like to visit Chengdu! 😊

This hotel boasts a prime downtown location, right next to the business district. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, taking the subway, or heading to the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff were very friendly and the check-in process was simple and efficient. The complimentary orange juice offered while waiting was just right. The room itself was well-maintained, with fresh air and no strange odors. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious enough for traveling with a child. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's near a busy street, I slept soundly every night. The surrounding area has a vibrant local atmosphere, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street is right next door, so you can easily pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever you get tired of shopping. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.
