From the moment I walked in, Monica provided warm and attentive service, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the attention to detail in terms of hygiene was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently stable. The breakfast was extensive, offering both local specialties and Western dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Five-star rating, definitely worth saving!

If you want to see the 'blue tears' at Dujiangyan at night, it's about a seven to eight-minute walk to Xuanhua Gate, and then a leisurely stroll with snacks will get you there in about fifteen minutes. The room was decent, though a bit noisy since it's street-facing. They thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs and an eye mask, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was satisfied.

SShanshanfaguangdewoheniyaThe hotel is relatively new, and its facilities are much more aesthetically pleasing compared to older hotels. Both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk on the seventh floor were very enthusiastic, which gave a vibrant impression. However, the service at the à la carte counter in the restaurant was lacking. While they used standard phrases, there was a strong sense of being brushed off, making the interaction feel stiff. Finally, a big thank you to Jasmine at the breakfast restaurant for her warm communication and excellent service; she really salvaged the experience and is why I'm still willing to give the hotel a five-star rating.

The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the smart speaker is very convenient, and the lighting creates a comfortable ambiance. My overall stay was very pleasant. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, about a 15-minute walk, and also very near the subway station, making transportation quite convenient.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness at Mercure Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi is absolutely outstanding! The floors in the room were spotless, the desk surfaces gleamed, and the bedding was pristine, smooth, and soft to the touch. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the fixtures were sparkling clean with no stains, even in the corners and crevices. I stayed for three nights, and housekeeping cleaned promptly and efficiently every day, emptying trash and replenishing supplies without any lingering odors. The front desk staff even proactively asked about my cleaning preferences and offered helpful tips on maintaining hygiene, making me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout my stay. To maintain such a high standard of cleanliness in a prime downtown location is truly remarkable. I highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes a clean living environment.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The service was meticulous, and I especially appreciated the alcohol-based sanitizers provided, which made me feel very secure. Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

It's not too far from Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They have a parking lot, and the staff were very helpful with directing parking. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with complete facilities, and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff provides warm and welcoming service, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied.

GGuest UserTianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
