Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

Facilities: Quite new, with smart toilets.
Environment: Located within a residential complex, so it's relatively quiet.
Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. The security guard's attitude could use some improvement, and there are too few charging parking spots, so I suggest adding more.

PPiaolingcarrie~lvyouguihuashiMy friend and I came here to relax and unwind, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The hotel service was incredibly gentle; check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk and staff were all very polite, and they responded promptly to any questions. There were no unpleasant surprises, just pure relaxation.
The room was clean and bright, with great natural light and a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a simple yet comfortable decor. The bedding was incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, making me feel completely secure.
The public areas were quiet and very elegant, well-maintained and stylish. It was a pleasure to simply walk around. There were both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety. I stayed in a deluxe king room, which allowed me to enjoy an immersive hot spring experience right in the room, without having to share with others – the privacy was fantastic. The water quality was clean and clear, and the temperature was just right. After soaking, I felt completely soft and relaxed, with all fatigue melting away. The healing sensation was off the charts.
Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

AAnonymous UserHad a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with answering our questions and helping us make sure we had a great visit with the Pandas. They also explained exactly where to go for our train departure. We were confused by Chengdudong having 4 plus drop off points. They also gave us extra water and adorable Panda headbands on our departure.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a comfortable stay. They even had memory foam pillows.
They had lots of freshly ground coffee in the morning as well as an excellent buffet Breakfast.
The location was excellent. We walked to the Wenshu Monastery and to Kuanzhai Xiangzi alleys.
We are pleased we choose to stay at this hotel in Chengdu.

GGuest UserMy friends absolutely loved their stay! They especially enjoyed the tatami area where the kids could play while the adults chatted, without disturbing anyone. The cleaning staff were incredibly thorough and attentive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Chengdu.

QQUEE Yu SengMy stay at Etown Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road Branch) during my trip to Chengdu was fantastic overall.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Getting around by subway is also very quick. The room was spacious and clean, with a simple yet elegant decor. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, providing plenty of energy for the day's activities.
Whether you're visiting Chengdu for leisure or business, this is a great choice. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loved this hotel! We had an entire floor to ourselves, and it was so neat and clean with brand new facilities. We booked the family room, which was spacious with two large beds and even a smart toilet. Each guest gets a complimentary bottle of water daily, and you can always ask the front desk for more if needed. There's also a free laundry room with washers and dryers. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We initially booked for two nights but were so happy with our stay that we extended for another six!
