MM473701****My first night in Chengdu was spent at this hotel, and I was very satisfied. The mattress was excellent, I could turn over without disturbing anyone. I've decided I'll definitely be back.

QQuanquanyuanyuanquanquan520I have to give this hotel a five-star review! After booking, the butler contacted me right away. Check-in was incredibly attentive, with friendly and efficient front desk staff, and a very chatty concierge who recommended lots of great places to eat, drink, and explore. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy and elegant Japanese design. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot spring baths at the spa center; soaking in the natural springs, all my fatigue melted away – it was a truly amazing experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, including exquisite à la carte set meals, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The hotel's location is a bit out of the city, in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

GGuest UserClean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic. Near and walking distance to and from Lidui Park station and giant pandas selfie statue. This hotel is located on 2nd floor of the building. It took us a while to find it. Tips: infront of Luckin Coffee. There is stairs on the side of the building.

GGuest UserTraveling with two adults and two children on our return trip, we chose a hotel close to Chengdu East Railway Station. The sofa bed in the room was already made up when we arrived, and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The subway entrance is less than a 10-minute walk away. Taikoo Li and Daci Temple are worth visiting in the morning when there are fewer people.

MM26660****The family room was quite spacious (I only took a picture of half of it after the kids messed it up). The cleanliness was great, and they even had robots to deliver items. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were all very kind. Right in front of the hotel, there are two snack streets with lots of delicious food. It's also very close to Kuanzhai Alley, just a 10-minute walk away.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

LLuguocDArrived at the hotel quite late, but it's super convenient, just across the road from Niulangmiao H2 exit. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor, which is great for keeping out unauthorized people. The room was really clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really satisfied!

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

GGuest UserTianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
