"Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay."

"Hmm, for my graduation trip to Chengdu, I saw this hotel online and it looked pretty good. Staying here was truly excellent. It's super convenient to get around with the subway and buses right outside. On our second day, they stored our luggage for us until the afternoon, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was very quiet and clean, and the cleaning staff would always greet us warmly. The front desk attendant was also great."

"I returned to this hotel and was just as thrilled as always. Everything was spotlessly clean with great amenities. The customer service is exceptional. The front desk was very accommodating, letting me bring in and store my friends luggage. They were incredibly friendly, always checking if I needed help, and communication was very easy thanks to their english translation device. The cleaning staff also deserves a special mention for being so kind. I loved the pristine lobby and the interactive robot. The buffet was also excellent, offering a massive variety of food. To top it off, the strategic location near the metro and multiple convenience stores makes it unbeatable. Another wonderful stay!!"

The hotel has its own dedicated elevators, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The room is very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family stay. Our butler, Nina, arranged for us to be on the 46th floor, which is the highest floor, and the high-altitude view is spectacular.

The room is cozy! Toilet is clean and the shower pressure is strong. They provide alcohol wipe, ear plugs and even ensure that the room is sanitised (there’s a card beside the bed). You can still hear some noise from the corridor but the earplugs help. The hairdryer is from laifen. Location wise it’s just a short walk from exit F (stairs only at this exit though) of Chengdu Second People's Hospital Metro Station (line 4 & 3. It’s an interchange station so you get more options for your train travel which is a big plus). Walkable distance to chunxi road and there’s even 2 small supermarkets just 1-2 mins walk opposite the hotel. The washing machine and dryer works well and there’s laundry detergent provided too

We booked a quad room, and the service was excellent! The only thing that could be improved is the hot water for the shower; it wasn't hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. Environment: As a loyal Six Senses guest, the environment has always been a key reason for our choice. The entire hotel is incredibly spacious with a rich variety of areas, including a picking farm, Moon Bar, and SPA center, etc. Plus, Six Senses' plastic-free and eco-friendly model is very environmentally conscious. Service: From check-in, we had an exclusive club bus for transfers. The front desk staff were professional, and our dedicated butler, Kevin, was incredibly polite and attentive, providing excellent service right from the start 👍. We will definitely be returning to Six Senses often. In spring, the pear blossoms are in full bloom, and in summer, the trees are laden with fruit. Moreover, Six Senses is committed to caring for stray dogs! It's a hotel with great depth and social responsibility!

The king-size room experience at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfy, making for a truly peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was odor-free and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, and easy access to dining and shopping. The front desk service was warm and attentive, answering all our questions. Overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, highly recommend!

Facilities: The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had a good wet/dry separation for the shower. The solid wood door and enclosed walls meant there was no transparent glass, ensuring privacy for anyone inside from the rest of the room. Cleanliness: Excellent. All the essentials like toothbrushes, combs, and a hairdryer were provided. Ambiance: Very good. The lobby was bright and clean, with a luxurious Chinese-style decor. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Chunxi Road, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of dining options within a hundred or two meters. The hotel also has its own restaurant. Service: Excellent. They offered a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, and upon departure, they even gave me a special成都 (Chengdu) souvenir — a panda canvas bag, which was perfect for holding all the local specialties I bought during my stay. Very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel environment is lovely, lush and green. The amenities are also well-developed, and it's very close to the ancient town. The garden room was very quiet, perfect for enjoying the full moon at night, which put me in a great mood. The guest rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection met my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk team for their warm and responsive service. Overall, highly recommended.

The location on Wangping Street is super convenient! There are many cafes and bars along the river, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li, but I opted for a Didi instead. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a 24-hour laundry room and gym. They offer unlimited free boiled water, and there's even a robot for room service. Inside the room, there's a Xiao Du smart assistant, a smart bed (with adjustable height and massage modes), and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly – I give 100 points to the ladies at counter #1 and #5 for their excellent service! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chengdu. The only minor drawback might be that the bathroom and toilet are a bit small and lack hooks, which was a bit inconvenient 🥹

This hotel is super convenient, right next to Exit C of Tonghuimen Station on Metro Line 2. It's just a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley, 15 minutes to People's Park, and 20 minutes to Tianfu Square. To get to Wuhou Shrine, you can take Line 2, transfer to Line 5 for four stops to Gaoshengqiao Station, and then it's a 10-minute walk from Exit J. The room size is decent, and the decor has a light luxury feel. I really appreciate that the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There's a vanity right by the entrance. The bedding is a bit soft, so I had to stack two pillows to sleep comfortably. I stayed here for four days and three nights during my trip to Chengdu. The housekeeping staff replenished towels and mineral water daily, and the room was kept very clean. The front desk attendant was kind enough to upgrade my room and breakfast, and even gave me a small souvenir when I left. I'll definitely choose the Mercure Kuanzhai Alley Hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Easy to find. You can walk from the east side of East Station through an underground passage directly to the hotel's elevator. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. Very satisfied. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed the AC was on, and after taking a couple more steps, I could even see Chengdu East Station. However, the facilities are a bit old; I feel the outlets and showerhead could use an upgrade. Excellent value for money, highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for an overnight layover in Chengdu.
