Guest UserOur overall experience during this stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the ambiance was great for taking photos.
A special shout-out to our butler, Nina! She proactively contacted us before check-in and was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the facilities are comprehensive. Next time I visit Chengdu, I'll definitely choose Eilan again, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Chengdu!

Guest UserAbsolutely thrilled! The price was great, and the location was super convenient! The whole hotel had a really 'Instagrammable' vibe. My friend and I were both extremely happy with our stay! It's about a 10-minute walk to IFS Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and there are tons of amazing food options nearby. The breakfast was also delicious and so cute – loved it!

Stayed at Bliss Qintai ******* Boutique Hotel and it was a unique and memorable stay in Chengdu.
The design of the hotel really stands out, with Tibetan-inspired interiors that give it a very distinct character compared to standard hotels. It feels warm, artistic, and different in a good way.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with enough space to relax after a long day of exploring. The overall atmosphere of the property is calm and cozy.
Location-wise, it’s convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to nearby attractions and local areas.
The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth.
If you want a stay that feels a bit more special and culturally inspired rather than just functional, this is a great option. For a more detailed look at the property and my Chengdu experience, you can check my YouTube channel travelwithshreya.
Overall, a very pleasant and distinctive stay.

Anonymous UserThe environment is truly amazing, no complaints there. Even though the decor is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. They offer two cleaning services daily. The turndown service was a bit rigid, though. We were two adults with a small child in a king-sized bed, no extra bed, so we asked for an additional single duvet. Every night, the double duvet was neatly turned down, and the single one folded up… clearly, one adult was sleeping with the child in the double bed, and the other adult was using the single duvet, right? It was a bit frustrating.
It's easy to get lost walking around, and you often need to call for a car. Sometimes, like during breakfast or check-out, it can be a little inconvenient. When we were leaving, we called for a car to pick up our luggage. We were on the second floor with no elevator, only stairs. We waited a long time, and then the butler said the person was downstairs. We waited a bit more, and my ride-sharing car to the high-speed rail station was almost here – I was so anxious! I rushed out of the room and saw the staff member leisurely strolling, looking at their phone, in no hurry at all… Ugh… I honestly wanted to yell at them. I told them I was in a hurry, but they still didn't speed up, muttering something about the butler giving them the wrong room number…
The butler service was good, though. When we went to the front section of Mount Qingcheng, she proactively offered to take us through the side entrance to the shuttle station for the scenic area, and also offered to pick us up there on our return. That was great. However, whenever I messaged her on WeChat to ask something, or to call a car, or open the side gate, she wouldn't reply after I'd sent the message. Just a simple 'received' would have put my mind at ease, right? But no… Every time, she'd rush me to call her instead… Sigh…
Regarding the service, you could say I'm nitpicking a bit, but for a high-end luxury place, it just felt like it was missing something. The minibar was free, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was just okay; compared to the 800 RMB breakfast we had in Chunxi Road, Chengdu, apart from the setting, the food wasn't significantly different… Sigh…
But if you ask me if I'd choose Six Senses again if I came back to Mount Qingcheng, I probably would… After all, the emotional value was still delivered, and overall, it was comfortable.

Guest UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's located right near Chunxi Road in downtown Chengdu, and you can easily walk to the Chunxi Road metro station for both lines 2 and 3. The service was fantastic, especially the front desk staff, Duoduo, who even helped me mail my luggage for free when I checked out and allowed for a late checkout. The hotel facilities are great too, with a laundry room on the third floor and a gym on the fourth. Very convenient overall!

YezimamadewenhouThe hotel is located near Chunxi Road, about a 10-minute walk away. The service was satisfactory; all the staff greeted me when they saw me, which I guess is standard for hotel employees. There's a self-service laundry room, but you often have to wait in line, which is understandable. My room's shower only had hot water, no cold. I managed to shower on the first day, then reported the issue via WeChat scan. Their response was quick; someone called me the same day to help resolve it. For an older 4-star hotel, this level of service is excellent. The only minor downside was that when I booked, it mentioned daily specialty snacks, but I never received any. Do you have to ask for them at the front desk? It's not like I was specifically looking forward to them, but it was just that one small detail missing.

Anonymous UserThe hotel environment is lovely, lush and green. The amenities are also well-developed, and it's very close to the ancient town. The garden room was very quiet, perfect for enjoying the full moon at night, which put me in a great mood. The guest rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection met my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk team for their warm and responsive service. Overall, highly recommended.

Guest UserThe location on Wangping Street is super convenient! There are many cafes and bars along the river, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li, but I opted for a Didi instead. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a 24-hour laundry room and gym. They offer unlimited free boiled water, and there's even a robot for room service. Inside the room, there's a Xiao Du smart assistant, a smart bed (with adjustable height and massage modes), and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly – I give 100 points to the ladies at counter #1 and #5 for their excellent service! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chengdu. The only minor drawback might be that the bathroom and toilet are a bit small and lack hooks, which was a bit inconvenient 🥹

~lianrongbao~This hotel is super convenient, right next to Exit C of Tonghuimen Station on Metro Line 2. It's just a 10-minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley, 15 minutes to People's Park, and 20 minutes to Tianfu Square. To get to Wuhou Shrine, you can take Line 2, transfer to Line 5 for four stops to Gaoshengqiao Station, and then it's a 10-minute walk from Exit J.
The room size is decent, and the decor has a light luxury feel. I really appreciate that the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There's a vanity right by the entrance. The bedding is a bit soft, so I had to stack two pillows to sleep comfortably.
I stayed here for four days and three nights during my trip to Chengdu. The housekeeping staff replenished towels and mineral water daily, and the room was kept very clean. The front desk attendant was kind enough to upgrade my room and breakfast, and even gave me a small souvenir when I left. I'll definitely choose the Mercure Kuanzhai Alley Hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel is close to the train station, and we walked there. We got a bit lost and walked a little extra, but it's easy to find by following navigation. It's convenient to take a taxi to Jinli Ancient Street and Kuanzhai Alley. The room is spacious, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities are complete. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. You can even cook as it's an apartment-style hotel. The only downside is that the hallway isn't soundproof, so you can hear loud conversations from the hallway in your room.
