The owner was very good, stayed in a hurry for two nights, and didn't have time to take pictures.

A pleasant accommodation experience. We stayed for three days with our family and were warmly received by the owner. You can see that every corner of the homestay reveals a little bit of heart. ******* cultural clothing experience, balcony open-air camping style, small study tea room, every corner has a small theme. Get up early every day to have a thoughtful breakfast set + butter tea, ******* afternoon tea in the afternoon, and watch movies in the semi-open air at night. There are many interesting points, but it’s a pity that I only stayed for three days and it’s close to Kuanzhai Alley, so I can’t play it all 😆

Booked Yuanheyuan as we liked the room depicted in the pictures. We were delighted when we checked in. Spacious for the price we paid. It looks a bit worn but that adds to the charm of the place. Oriental furnishings and surroundings. Room had everything we needed for the stay.

The boss and his wife are very nice! The environment is also good, with a small yard and wooden floors throughout the house, which is very special! I'm very happy that I chose the one with a terrace, but I felt that there might be too many people. There was a problem with cleaning up, the towels were a bit hard, and I forgot to give a lot of things at first. But the boss will make up for it later, so it’s not a big problem! I hope the environment in the hotel will improve in the future.

The room is very good, in the community, it is not soundproof, the room design is quite strong style is also quite good-looking, the price is quite suitable for the real thing, I am not very understanding of the sewer mouth of the toilet, the mouth water flows directly from the water tank to the ground and then flows along the underground mouth, the underground mouth is still blocked, It took a long time to flow down. The water in a bath can accumulate above the ankle. In short, everything else is quite good, that is, the sewer is not very understandable.

The environment is good in all aspects. The service is really very general. When I checked in on the same day, it seemed that there were more people sitting next to it and waiting for the service staff. I didn’t tell me to wait a little while to understand that I was very busy when I checked in, but I didn’t have time to pour a glass of water. I don’t think this is not. It is a good hotel for tourist attractions. The mistake made by the service staff is not to say. The most dissatisfied is that as the hotel staff, we did not bring the room card to the front desk that night to get the room card. We did not check the message to us. Just let the aunt come to help us open the door. If someone casually said the room number, let the aunt open the door. I hope that the advice I extracted can be charged. Other aspects are very good.

GGuest UserI have been very busy and have not been able to comment in time. This is the first time I arrived at Chengdu Tianfu Airport. I am not familiar with the surrounding hotel facilities. With the mentality of giving it a try, I booked Haiyue Hotel on Ctrip. The owner was very enthusiastic and arranged a car to pick me up Arriving at the hotel, the hotel facilities are ok, very clean, and the service is thoughtful. The boss personally delivered it to the terminal building for the night flight. The service is excellent, and it is worth recommending!

AAnonymous UserFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
