The front desk service very slow, always has mistakes. The breakfast is ok and refill food is very slow either. Only has one waffle maker and over 4-5 people waiting. Take u 20-30 mins to get a piece of waffle

Everything is fine, except that breakfast ends at 09:30. After a long journey, the car and horse are tiring, and I can't rest in the morning. I set the alarm clock to get up and eat.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub was perfect and the waterslide was most exciting. This place could do with a cafe or restaurant.

Great rooms, pool and hot tub but would have enjoyed robes in the room as experienced in other Fairfield’s, and a little better quality continental breakfast.

Posting had it having a bar/lounge..it did not. Offered Netflix option..that didnt work.
Attitude at front desk was indifferent. I will nit be staying here again.

This hotel was so accommodating with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very spacious. We went with a hockey team and they were patient and highly recommend staying there.

We spent 2 nights at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and would recommend it for anyone staying in the Salmon Arm area. It is a quick walk to shops and restaurants (approximately 10 minutes). The room was very well-appointed and although we were a little concerned as we were on the corner closest to the highway, we found it to be very quiet.
We will definitely stay there again.

It’s a very clean modern hotel. Parking is well lit. Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had many option and my kids enjoyed the waffle machine. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at this property this year. I appreciated the comfortable, clean rooms, good gym, and efficient check-in. The parking lot is exceptionally well lit, which I like to think deters car prowling at night.
