Walk 1 minute to the mall! I have not tried breakfast (I don't know if I have any problems). If you have a family with children, it is recommended to book two rooms in Unicom (not recommended for extra beds, more crowded). Walking from the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat in 10 minutes! A wide range of specialty dining.

After hearing our angry complaints, the Japanese guy at the front desk helped us adjust the room and transferred to the room that matched the photo of our order. This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

This hotel is only 10 a 10-minute walk to the city centre and the fantastic pubs and cafes on the Esplanade. If you want to do it in 2 minutes get one of the the electric scooters outside the reception area. The safe are welcoming and very friendly, making my 3-week stay a pleasure. The only downside was their restaurant is not open every night, but not a problem when you are that close to everything the city has to offer.

We booked 2 rooms in April '24 end for 2 nights. Very good value for money hotel. Clean, spacious and good location. Breakfast is limited but a decent proposition given the cost. Pls try and provide a cooler for drinking water. Finally want to call out the fantastic lady at the reception, T. Such a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, makes you feel at home and always willing to help in whatever way she can. Coral tree, you have a real asset here. Pls take good care of her.

This hotel is very good. We are a family of three adults and one child. The room is very large, with a double bed (1.5 meters wide) and two single beds, separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and forks. Spoons and toasters are very convenient. The hotel has no breakfast and no extra bed. It is suitable for a family. It can be said to be very good at this price. The hotel also has free parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a small swimming pool. The hotel is 1.2 kilometers away from the bustling beach area. You can eat and drink when you stroll. The location of the hotel is within the range of free pick-up and drop-off for day trips, which is very convenient.

There is no breakfast, the room is large and clean, can accommodate 4 people, one large bed and two small beds, the bed is very comfortable, the room can also cook, and the kitchenware is full. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to be close to the supermarket and the seaside. The old lady is very nice and welcoming. Next time you stay in Cairns. Breakfast is very affordable (seeing Sydney prices will feel that this is really cheap), the hotel environment is very good, very close to the food street and shopping mall in the city center.
