All was good except the bell boy who, while waiting for us to hand over some belongings for the security safe, sat on our bed and played with his phone. Not cool.

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

I stayed here for 2 nights, it's quite an old hotel but the view is good! That you are facing Nile river with good sunset view. The breakfast is decent and location is very good, right next to Luxor temple!

Misleading Room Description: When I booked the room, I specifically requested and paid for a superior city room with a view, expecting to enjoy picturesque scenes of the city skyline. However, upon arrival, I was horrified to find that my room overlooked a noisy, unsightly slum area. The view was far from what was advertised and left me feeling deceived. Unbearable Noise: As if the disappointing view wasn't bad enough, the noise from the surrounding traffic was unbearable, even on the eighth floor. Instead of being able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, I was subjected to the constant roar of vehicles well into the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to relax or unwind with such a cacophony outside my window. Noise Pollution: From the moment I checked in until the day I left, the hotel was a cacophony of drilling, hammering, and construction noise. It felt like there was no escape, as the renovations seemed to be happening on multiple floors simultaneously. Whether I was trying to relax in my room the constant racket was impossible to ignore.

Love everything of our staying in your hotel , except the intensity of the water supply from the shower head is a bit weak.

The room is clear , the service is good , we do not include breakfast but around hotel , there is one cafe restaurant, looks good .

Good location. Smaller than I expected. Noisy on any level. No storage in bathrooms. No one seems to vacuum the carpets... they have vacuums but I never saw or heard one turned on.. carpets need proper deep cleaning.

Perfect location in the middle of Cairo. The hotel is large and modern.

Great location as it is just ipposite Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square. When we arrived, lobby was crowded with guests. Check in was so fast we dis not have to wait long and the room we got is superb, clean and nice ! Most affordable hotel compared to other nearby hotels.

This is a top class hotel in a top class location. The staff in all departments were fully trained and very professional. All our requests and questions were promptly dealt with. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous. The only slight disappointment was the rather modest swimming pool with limited seating area, but this is to be expected for such a central downtown location.
