Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

Great location, right in the heart of Cairo. We were taken to a high floor and had such a great view of the Nile River and the city that we didn't even have to climb the Cairo Tower. The concierge was able to help us with things outside of that hotel, such as asking us to contact the hotel we would be staying at the next day, which is indeed a five-star hotel. The restaurant we used was also delicious.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location, environment, facilities and services are excellent. The scenery in the panoramic room with river view is great.

Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

The Cairo Marriott Hotel is a true gem that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities. Housed in a stunning palace dating back to the 19th century, the hotel exudes a sense of grandeur and majesty. The meticulously preserved architectural details, from the soaring ceilings to the intricate woodwork, added a sense of romance and authenticity to the entire experience. My room at the Cairo Marriott Hotel was a haven of comfort and refinement. The spacious layout, plush furnishings, and tasteful decor created an atmosphere of tranquility and indulgence. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities one would be expect from a luxury hotel, including a well-appointed bathroom and a stunning view of the surrounding gardens or the Nile River.

It was a very nice and clean room. The location overlooks the Nile River. The view was more beautiful in the morning than at night. I could see the Cairo Tower right in front of me. I was able to smoke in the lounge near the front desk! That's impossible in a Japanese Ritz! It was wonderful 💓

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton in Zamalek, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. ---

I felt safe when I entered the hotel in Cairo. You can walk to the museum, but of course it takes courage to cross the road. The bar on the first floor of the hotel is very good, with music every night. After a day of fun, you can order some drinks to relax. The Thai restaurant tastes very good. We were a small group and ordered three dishes, all of which were quite good. The slightly inconvenient thing was that the shower head was not stable, but I thought it was acceptable because I only stayed for two nights. It seems that every room has a balcony, and ours has a view of the city and the Nile River.

Again, Sofitel proved to be the best hotel in Cairo with its luxurious amenities and breathtaking view of the Nile. The food at Kebabgy is delicious (best restaurant on the premise), so don’t miss going there during your stay.

The hotel chain's service is as good as ever. The hotel is located on a small island by the Nile River, with a great location. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and the ships coming and going, which is a feast for the eyes.
