Worst experience ever, hotel not maintained well no proper house keeping linens stained first before checkin we had a bad experience rude staff except Neha Natalia a and nayan and Shayam were really good…over crowded … horrible breakfast… no Goan standard not worth spending that money in such property … swimming pool was always full of men changing clothes in the open spitting neat the pool… over all I would not rate them even one star hotel… also they take pic of you adhar card and the barcode also which is not safe pls be careful no

We loved staying at this hotel. Specifically the courtesy of the welcoming staff. All the staff at this hotel were very welcoming and they would always be available if you need anything. Rooms were spacious,clean and beds were comfortable, food was delicious. We booked 2 deluxe room for 2 days and they upgrade our room with pool view room on our request without charging. I recommend this hotel to all specially for family.

I was given a poorly maintained room facing the back, where constant exhaust or smoke made the air feel extremely unhealthy. It seemed like there were better rooms available on site at the time, which made the assignment of this room even more disappointing. Noise was another big issue - I could hear loud guests late into the night almost every night of my stay. The WiFi hardly worked.. and some interactions with the staff felt unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
