"A wonderful hotel. A bit far from the sea, but we arrived not in the swimming season. Cozy room, balcony overlooking the pool. In the room there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, safe, wardrobe. Light near the bed. On the territory of the hotel there is a restaurant with a bar, two swimming pools. They checked us in earlier than stated in the booking, it was a great help, as we arrived early in the morning. I love this chain of hotels."

"We 2 families stayed this hotel recently n our experience was not good ,, reception staff was good n cooperative,, check in was smooth,, now comes to the room room was good n with all amenities but cleaning is the major issue the specially in balcony water blocked... N house keeping guys r not interested in cleaning... Our breakfast n dinner included in the package but the food was really so bad ,, no taste at all... F & B staff was mixed type some r good n helpful n some r just showpiece... Swimming pool was not cleaned properly both the days ... Overall our experience was ok ok... Hotel is really good but not managed n maintained properly..."

"Friendly staff, who were attentive. Didn’t always get food orders correct. Wouldn’t do a themed night , wasn’t value for money. Room - superior pool was a good size . Bathroom could do with some maintenance. Fridge, safe, daily water and coffee and tea provided. Be careful water in fridge needs paying for. Hairdryer provided. Hand soap and shower gel/shampoo provided . Cleaned daily and cleaner attentive. Good choice of food to order and in general food good and reasonably priced , the same as local restaurants. Breakfast poor if you don’t want Indian food . Most days we only had toast or a omelette . Not a good selection of fruit , no cold meats or cheese. Went out for breakfast some days. Pool nice and towels provided. Good internet. Resort cleaned daily and is pleasant to be around. Short walk to the beach with lots of beach shacks. We had exceptional food at Tropicana beach shack. Shirt"

"We stayed at Chalston Beach for 8 nights over Christmas at the end of our trip to India. The hotel and grounds are stunning, easily the best in Calangute from what we saw on our walks out. The rooms are both practical and immaculately clean, with great A/C. Should you require additional towels or toiletries…housekeeping are only a phone call away and are promptly delivered in no more than 5 minutes. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool with pool bar where you can order food and drinks all day…during our stay, with the majority of the guests off to the beach, we had the whole pool to ourselves. The restaurant….this is a real selling point for the hotel…fantastic setting directly on the beach with fantastic views, especially at sunset…there isn’t a a better view in the area. The menu offers options for all tastes..from curry to pizza, Chinese to pasta… and a fantastic choice of seafood…all cooked to perfection. To match the food, the service in the restaurant is the one of the best experiences we have received, the waiters are so polite and attentive to ensure every guest receives a premium experience whilst dining. The hotel is a family run business, and it certainly shows they care about their guests. Throughout the total stay, the owners and their Sons were on hand assisting around the property and in the restaurant…from clearing tables to serving breakfast…a real personal touch. The only negative we had about our stay was that we didn’t book enough nights, we could have easily stayed for a month. If you are looking for a hotel in the area, look no further, Chalston Beach has everything…and more."

And The way they treat you is just awesome…And comes to the rooms- Rooms are So good and clean…. Room Service is great…And Food is too good…There is a live singing also there which is just awesome specially by Rashmit (if u wanna watch his singing just go to my YouTube channel Babies World TV and know Much more about the hotel ) And Overall Best Hotel I would say…must Visit this place if u want relaxing vacation… Highly Recommend"
Andores Resort and Spa - Calangute
"We arrived at Andores Resort and Spa at night, and as soon as we walked through the gate we all said "Wow!". The place looks stunning at night, especially the pool area, as it is lit up beautifully. A porter took our cases up to our rooms ( we booked two) and we found we'd been left lovely platters of cakes with " Welcome" written on- a real treat! The rooms are large and well- furnished with great air- con and ceiling fans. The beds are so comfortable with quality pillows and linens. Breakfast is a veritable feast with something for everyone. Our daughter, who lives in India, tucked into the Indian dishes, but we enjoyed fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and freshly - made omelettes. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed lying on the comfortable sunbeds. There are plenty, so no need to rush out to reserve one! Pool towels are provided and laid out for guests. Staff bring out menus at lunchtime and give you a buzzer , so you can order from your sunbed. What makes this place so wonderful is the service. Nothing is too much trouble. In the restaurant ( which has amazing food at very reasonable prices) the staff go out of their way to cater to your every whim. There was one young waiter who was so friendly and chatty and impressed us with his professional manner. We had a brilliant massage in the spa! I've never had such a great massage before. Again, the prices were very reasonable. It's not often that we say we'd go back to the same place for a holiday, but we'd go back to Andores Resort and Spa in a heartbeat. We had a fabulous week there and didn't want to leave!! Thank you!"

The restaurant is air conditioned and breakfast is served inside or outside according to your preference……most prefer outside dining in the mornings during November to March. Food is varied and excellent. Rooms are spacious and are air conditioned and also have a fan.Linen is changed on a regular basis. As it to be expected this Hotel has many returners( of which we are one!) We look forward to our next visit . Thank you to all the staff for yet again a very special experience."
