I spent 2 nights there at the weekend. The lady that showed me to the room was lovely and polite, end of good experience. Not impressed at all - headboard was covered in hair and other DNA. The bathroom was terrible - very amateur DIY. No where to hang towels etc and the smallest shower cubicle I have ever used. Toilet seat was cheap and wouldn’t stay up. Not clean in there either.

Stayed the weekend and was extremely impressed with this establishment. Outstanding staff and a special mention to Wendy that made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was cracking and by the time I left I felt like I was part of the furniture, LITERALLY (See pic)

Just tried the build a burger night and have to say it’s AMAZING, plenty of choices on the menu, the food was cooked perfectly and very well presented, will be back again 110 percent, It’s rate that I ever leave reviews like this so compliments to the chef and the staff they are all fantastic keep up the good work.

Fantastic carvery for both breakfast and Sunday lunch, welcoming and friendly staff and Wendy produced a vegetarian option for the awkward teenager! According to the 8 year old the yorkers are 'fabulous'

What can I say our food was delish!!!! Great menu choices, prices, lovely atmosphere. Restaurant was lovely and clean with plenty of room. Very polite, welcoming staff and we will definitely be returning 😋

Just perfect...... food was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for the staff and there was such a welcoming atmosphere, we had such a lovely time Would highly recommend. And will definitely be back

Wendy and the team at the B&S never fail to deliver. An amazing 3 meat Sunday Roast today with all the trimmings and more… Thoroughly enjoyed and most definitely recommend for anyone wanting a decent home cooked meal. Thank you x

Went here to only watch the rugby yesterday, but the smell from the all you can eat breakfast was amazing so we decided to go for it. The food was piping hot and the eggs were made fresh. Very good service and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend
