Our 4th stay here in Astrotel Monument probably the worst stay. There are so many broken things first is the TV, second is the faucet, and lastly the room we got (which is room 616) has no bidet. In terms of service, I don't know if it's just the day we booked is full but we got hard time asking for service. Right when we enter the room, we immediately call to ask for an extension cord and we didn't get one. Ordered something and it took so long to receive.

well location is verygood near malls and lots of fastfoods near lrt very accesinle but downside is no hot water!

The room was clean and nice and also the stap are so accomodating but the other room beside us was so loud at night during they dokng something. I think they need to improve their room in sounds proof

Overall, the Astrotel Monumento provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and despite a few minor issues, the positives far outweighed any negatives. Just good for its price. My concerns are mostly for cleanliness of the hotel esp rooms, there were lil cockroaches, pillows also and the toilet is not so clean

We stayed for two days, the room doesnt have internet connection we can bare with that, but water to shower and remote for the TV is missing. Cockroaches all over.
