Globales Santa Lucia - Adults Only 18

We moved here from the globales palmanova palace and these hotels are black and white in comparison. The decor is tasteful and modern with new clean furniture, the beds comfortable and the rooms and hotel grounds are impeccable. The food here us definitely world's apart too. I'm sure globales hotels all use the same supplier so I'm confused as to why the palmanova palace food is terrible but the santa Lucia is amazing. After moving to this hotel we very rarely ate out, however at the prior hotel we had to eat out at every meal. If you are considering this hotel it is well worth the extra money

Just back from a 10 day stay in Santa Lucia. Was slightly apprenhisive after looking at previous reviews. We were checked in by a lovely receptionist. We found both the breakfast and dinner to have plenty of choice. Rooms were cleaned every day and all staff at the hotel were very helpful. We will definitely be back .

Best location in Palmanova. Lovely Seaview rooms. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The chambermaids did a great job every day. We were half board so breakfast was OK with plenty of choice. The evening meal was varied and we always found something to suit us. The downsides were we were never able to get a sunbed around the pool, all taken reserved with towels way before breakfast. The sunbeds on the terrace above were in a poor state with hardly and mattresses and threadbare. One of our party had mobility issues and the terrace was only accessible by stairs and had no toilets. We tried it once and it was not worth the effort. Although there was entertainment in the main room every night there was nowhere to go for a quiet drink and a chat, unless you wanted to sit outside, with a jacket on as the evenings are cool in May. The cocktail bar was temporarily closed . Lastly I do object to paying 39 euros for a room safe when in most hotels they are free.

Lovely hotel to stay in. As a solo traveler stayed in single room (121). Room was as expected & as other hotel rooms are. UK tv various channels available BBC1 BBC2, CHANNEL 5, CHANNEL 4, plus others. Strange no ITV 1 though. It only needs to be added on by retuning. I did notify reception but to no avail😩 Staff brilliant in all departments. Resturant manager was super brilliant & remembered you at every meal time. Food was amazing with plenty of choice(put on half stone😭😭) These people who complain about everything are i think profffesional complainers with their cameras on their phone's. Please stay at home & let others enjoy the Spanish welcome. Looks they never happy unless they complain. All in all nothing wrong with this hotel & i recomend & i shall return for holiday again. Drinks prices reasonable for 4*hotel. Thank you Santa Lucia for wonderful 7 day stay.

Stayed in the Santa Lucia last week as a group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration. Having stayed a couple of times before I was looking forward to visiting the hotel again due to the absolutely beautiful views from the balconies.Didnt get off to the best start when the transfer bus dropped us 2 streets back as the driver said the bus was too wide for the road. I knew this was absolute nonsense as bus always drops off and picks up by the door.Tui you need to address this with the transfer companies you use! Anyway on entering the hotel we were all checked in and our rooms were all ready for us.Again rooms were lovely and clean,comfy beds and beautiful views,especially my room 488. Was so grateful to have that room.We found all staff to be friendly and pleasant especially the outside bar staff.Was disappointed that the hotel no longer allow you to have a day pass for the rooftop pool when available as we couldn't book the superior rooms as one of our rooms had 3 in and can only book superior rooms for 2. Anyway it didn't spoil our time as we used the terrace up from the pool and were always able to find 7 beds together. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and there was plenty of choice there.I know a lot of reviews complain about the food and in previous trips I found it not the best I've had but could always find something to eat.There are lots of places to have a drink or meal nearby and I would recommend Taylors cocktail bar just down the road for the best food and cocktails and warmest of welcomes. All in all my friends really enjoyed The Santa Lucia and Palma Nova and will definitely return.

Not worth all inclusive. Drinks options are poor and food wasn’t nice due to food being cold and not having a good variety. Not a lot of options for young people as entertainment is focused for an older generation. We were all inclusive and ended up leaving to eat and drinks due to poor food and very few drink options. Luckily it was a good location to get out the hotel due to lots of good places near. Rooms were nice but on arrival nothing was explained. Had an area we had access to but found out on night 3 due to looking around. Should have been explained when checking in !
