The hotel is very new and does not cover a large area. It is about 30 minutes' drive from the center of Palma. It would be inconvenient to get in and out if you don't rent a car. It is suitable for people who like a quiet vacation. There are several commercial areas where you can eat within a ten-minute drive from the hotel. It is also close to several beaches. The room is not big, with modern decoration and complete hardware. It is quite comfortable to live in. The waiters are very enthusiastic and kept chatting with us when checking in. It is a good choice in the price range of 2000-3000.

The location is a bit far inside, so it's inconvenient to get around without a car.
However, since it is a new hotel, all facilities are clean and convenient. The water pressure was so strong that it was easy to shower!

The hotel is spacious and architecturally interesting with beautifully laid out gardens. There are 3 pools ( 2 exterior and 1 heated indoor) , several restaurants, bars and a wellness center ( spa, gym ). The room we had was large with a private garden area and lounge chairs. The entire hotel has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. This hotel is labeled « Grand Lux » and this is particularly evident in the wonderful welcome you receive when you arrive- as well as all through your stay. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly- nothing is too much trouble. We loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely be going back !

We highly recommend this hotel. Service and beach / dinner recommendations they gave us were spot on. Beautiful decor and gardens. The hotel is tucked away, but not too far a drive to city centre in Palma (although we were quite surprised by the highways). Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and breakfast every morning superb. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A happy place to be from the moment you arrive to sadly when you have to leave , Every member of staff there are so nice , helpful , attentive and efficient they are so customer friendly , Food was very good , especially breakfasts a great varied choice ,Bar area lovely with outdoor seating pool bar is excellent at lunchtime again very lovely people kindly attending to us . We stayed in room 1110 balcony was huge lots of seating only downside was car noise as it overlooked the car parking area . The spa area looked amazing although sadly I didn’t have the time to book a treatment . We will be returning .

Had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Aysla with my husband and baby girl. Have been to Mallorca many times but was our first time in this hotel and was a great experience. The hotel is stunning- beautiful interior and brilliant facilities. Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and extremely well kept. Will definitely return, thank you!
