Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.

The location is far from the city center, and it is not convenient to get to the attractions, but it is still within walking distance. Close to large supermarkets and household goods stores, very suitable for shopping; there are a few restaurants nearby, overall it is good!

The room we were assigned was a handicap room, so it was very spacious. However, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't find anyone to fix it, so the room smelled very bad, which I wasn't satisfied with. The location is quite convenient and the breakfast is good.

Tony on reception greeted us with a friendly smiley face, he was lovely and friendly and chatty. Made conversation about why we were here and wished my daughter a happy birthday. There should be more receptionist like Tony, he is great. Great customer service :)
