Nice Hotel. Room is nice with modern furniture. Bed was comfortable. The location is a bit far out of the town centre so you need to get a bus or a train . Gym was decent and pool a nice touch. Would stay again.

The location is good, right at the Cambridge North station, which is only 5 minutes train from Cambridge railway station. Room is clean and service is really good, fully recommend!

No bed for third person made up, called receptionist I was told someone will come and do it, this was at 19:00 no one ever came, even after following up over the phone. I spent night sleeping without bedding, on plain sofa bed without a single pillow. Terrible experience and poor service. Not enough towels, just for one person & again after calling reception- I was told that they ran out of towels!!! This was enough for my family to bare after whole day of travel, especially the room booked was Executive one. So expected to be up to highest standard and service to be over the top, this isn’t the case. Cleanliness is very poor - see pictures. Dust everywhere and this wasn’t one day worth. After asking for partial refund due to poor service, I was given a silly look and smile, advised to sent email online. Do not bother going there.

The location is ok where is next to the Cambridge North Station and there is a bus stop nearby the hotel. We could take bus to go to city center. The hotel is quite new, clean and tidy. However the service is bad. First our booking covers the breakfast meals however their system doesn't showed it. We don't know why, even we showed the staff at the Frontdesk staff, she just said no and didn't do anything to check it or correct. Luckily we showed our vouchers to the staff at the restaurant in the morning next day. That staff was very helpful to correct it after we showed our vouchers even though her note from the hotel stated our room not covering the breakfast.
Besides, the room service didn't replenish the toilet paper and facial tissue. It just left a little bit of toilet paper and no tissue. There is no phone in the room and we needed reported the issue in the system. Even I went to the Frontdesk and requested to give us the new toilet papers and tissue. The lady staff just keyed in our request and said, "it is ok. We will deliver them several minutes later." However we waited for whole night until next morning. The answer was nothing. We are very disappointed to the worldwide brand hotel with such service.
