I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first time in Campos do Jordão but I can honestly say that the Chateau delivered it’s share of a great visit. The experience is like staying at your wealthy relative’s house - and nothing like anything I had experienced before in Brazil. The indoor dining space was charming and the breakfast (included) was abundant. The outdoor space was beautiful - the Chateau offers great views of the Alpine-like landscape around Campos. The room was enormous with plenty of space for luggage, a king-size bed and a very large bathroom AND a jacuzzi. The service was excellent - comparable to any 5-star resort. I tried to choose a hotel that would be close to restaurants. While the Chateau is close to everything (not more than 5 minutes to the center of town), it’s perched up on top of a hill so walking, particularly at night, is not really possible. The advantage of that is that you’re removed enough from the hustle and bustle of the center that you’re guaranteed tranquillity and a good nights rest. Overall, the Chateau isn’t cheap but we’ll worth the price. I would certainly look to stay here again the next time I visit the area. My only regret is not staying an extra day or two!

Hotel muito gostoso,extremamente bem decorado,quarto delicioso,funcionários extremamente gentis,local muito calmo, café da manhã super caprichado e um jardim muito bonito.Andre é equipe LaVillette estão de parabéns.Possue também um restaurante lindo e delicioso o Lê Foyer.

É a nossa segunda vez no Chateau La Villete e fomos mais uma vez surpreendidos com a hospitalidade e atendimento de primeira qualidade, o que nos fez nos sentirmos em casa. Tivemos um probleminha com o sistema de aquecimento da água da torneira da pia e prontamente o André nos remanejou para um outro quarto de categoria superior, pois era o disponível. Tudo isto, para que não ficássemos esperando a manutenção. Além disto, agradecer a querida Ana Júlia que nos atendeu no café da manhã e ao Victor que nos atendeu no Le Foyer. Tudo divino! Melhor truta da minha vida.

Estivemos neste maravilhoso hotel nos primeiros dias do mês, eu e meu esposo fomos a Campos para comemorar meu aniversário. Desde a chegada fomos muito bem atendidos, funcionários muito solícitos, sempre atenciosos. O hotel é um charme, cada cantinho, cada detalhe surpreende pela organização e história do local. A culinária é espetacular, café da manhã perfeito com muitas opções e o restaurante Le Foyer maravilhoso, vale muito reservar mais que um dia. Os jardins são encantador Com certeza voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade 🥰

Pela segunda vez, tive o prazer de me hospedar aqui e a experiência continua impecável. A pousada se destaca por suas instalações encantadoras e quartos espaçosos. O aquecimento, a decoração requintada e a meticulosa limpeza são pontos notáveis. É como se estivéssemos em um refúgio aconchegante. Nossa experiência não foi boa. Quarto barulhento, muito próximo a cozinha. Fomos a Campos com o intuito de descansar, porém As 7 horas da manhã acordamos com barulho de conversas do pessoal que trabalha no local onde é feito o café da manhã, ou seja, embaixo do nosso quarto. Travesseiros ruins, não voltaria a me hospedar.
