"Except the location, everything else is terrible. * No signage of the property, no front desk, no proper billing * Dirty beach view room * No amenity except a small fridge and barely functional AC * Broken and dirty washroom without basic toiletries and without towels * Dirty curtains of the room as well as washroom * Main door of the room doesn't close properly unless you do a wrestling with it. Gaps in room and wahsroom walls which makes the room noisy and makes AC irrelevant * Don't go by the property photo. Outside is painted well, but inside its terrible * Charged exorbitantly to near 4-5 star price, which is not even worth for FREE * Perfect place to screw up you dream vacation on beachfront"

"Fantastic stay. It was our honeymoon stay. The place is quite, safe and close to the beach. 5 mins ride. The food was yummy and the service was prompt. The private pool was extremely clean and perfect for a couple or 4 people. Trust me close your eyes and book the place. Thank you green lead resort."

"Firstly the gentleman on receptionist it amazing - so hard working and keen for you to have the best experience. The room was our main reason to stay here, as you can see it’s beautiful. A couple of improvements needed. Breakfast offer is not great. Would highly recommend changing this to reflect the type of offer found at Zest or Casa Jaali. The drinks, some items were out of stock , again when you are staying in a beautiful room you want everything to be bang on! The restaurant is very quiet, sadly this meant it lacked atmosphere. The team were really keen to understand the feedback, which is really positive. If you the room is important to you then don’t hesitate to stay here. Instagram paradise"

Royal Touch Beach Huts

"Had a wonderful stay at Royal Touch, rooms were immaculate and the service was impeccable, staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help and were always so friendly. Breakfast was lovely, the setting is beautiful and we had a sea facing apartment and it was worth every bit of the cost which I felt was very reasonable. One note if staying is to potentially take some ear plugs as the dogs on the beach like to howl at times throughout the night (this is not the hotels fault). I would highly recommend to anyone and thank you very much for a wonderful stay, we shall be back!"

Rockit Cafe & Stay Palolem

"Have just had 3 lovely nights at Rockit Cafe. All good nothing bad to say. Stayed in a new hut number 309. Fridge aircon, large bed, tv, room service all excellent. Fantastic breakfast with great choice and wonderful service from all staff throughout. Always smiling and willing to help. 25 metres to the beach. Do good plan to be back next year for a bit longer visit"

Tropical Bay

"So having spent 6 months prior to arriving in Goa I had many conversations with Reven who was in charge of booking s and he had said he would ensure all we needed was in our apartment . We arrived after 15 hrs travelling to what I can only describe as a migrant camp under the palm trees . The pu tire shows a beautiful room with white sheets etc . We had absolutely nothing . Mouldy pillows sheets that were so old and didn’t fit the dirty mattresses. An un usable kitchen . No cutlet no pots and pans nothing . The pictures will show you . He lied and said we were getting a safe then when confronted told me I had to pay for it . The place is dark filthy and u can let the young lads in to clean as u have no security for ur money and passports . Theres loads of other lovely places to stay . I asked 3 times for the bosses details and was ignored . Do not stay here ."

"Spacious and clean room with good service, friendly staff especially Mr Clive took care of us quite well. I would recommend 100% for any family. Rates are reasonable with breakfast. Close to most of the tourist places. On the whole, a great experience staying here."

"Marron Sea View Resort is an absolute gem that perfectly blended luxury with natural beauty. We liked its location at end of the beach, making it less crowded but still offering serene and picturesque views of the sea. The service was simply great, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The food was delightful, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes. Coming from the US, I was not sure if my kids will have any food options they'll like. But they said the pancakes they had there were better than back home. Whether you’re looking to relax by the sea, enjoy gourmet meals, or experience exceptional hospitality, Marron Sea View Resort is the ideal place to stay. It was a memorable time for our family and I highly recommend it."
